This is a mom story. Started the bath and next thing I know I am in the kitchen doing some breakfast and forgot the running bath water for over 40 minutes.
I walked into bedroom and water was 2 inches deep. I called a few places and this was the one who got here within 15 minutes. When I went to file insurance- my policy had been under written- no way to file a claim. This company went above and beyond to make sure this was not a insurance glitch. It wasn't and they then returned to my home to do moisture testing a week later for me. They worked with my bill and helped me out in big ways all the way around.
