The service staff did a fantastic job on my vehicle, from the time I took it in for diagnostic, to the time it was fixed they did a fantastic job. It was done right and the service staff took great care to make me a satisfied customer, all the way to staying late to give me my keys as I couldn't get there in there normal hours. There was confusion when I first showed up, but these people were professional, warm, and kind on a day that I had an emergency. They also were kind to my animals. I'm grateful.

Ross from the Parts Department went well more than above and beyond today!!! He helped me navigate the best way to make a purchase, made sure they had it in stock before I made the purchase online and gladly accepted my plee to hand deliver to my wife who was a mile away and unable to make it to pick it up before they closed (car battery issue). Even though he made it seem like an easy request for him, it was a very positive and long lasting impact to us. Thank you!!!

Friendly sales staff worked hard to get all the possible incentives including one I wasn't aware of. They even arranged to upgrade the wheels and tires, so the vehicle was just what we wanted when it left the lot.

John was great as a sales consultant. Forward and to the point with information. Great with the walk through of the features of the new vehicle. Brandon was great to deal with on the finance side of the deal.

2020 chevy bolt, some of the service reps seemed a bit unknowledgable about evs and a bit less than great at dealing with people. Ended up paying over $800 for a program update because chevy doesn't have the programming right yet in its evs. Chevy wouldn't pay because it is no longer under warranty. This is a chevy problem, not mine. And as the service rep pointed out, she did not cause it either. Sorry I was not smiling at everyone after paying $800 for nothing. I know it's not your problem, but you are associated with chevy so the problems they refuse to deal with reflect on you. Be well.

Update:
I feel a responsibility to update. Originally, I gave 2 stars. I felt like I needed to change it to 5. Dewey called and said he brought the issue to chevy's attention and they took responsibility for it.

In my opinion you see the real side of a person when there's a problem. I felt there was a problem here and they fixed it. No words, no empty promises. They fixed it. I'm guessing the outcome would have been different if I took my car to fargo. So, I feel I need to give 5 stars. Thank you Dewey.

The salesperson, Niki is the best. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. This is the second car I have purchased from her and would certainly do so again.

My Blazer had unfortunately developed a small oil leak and thus needed repair. Puklich took care of it with flying colors. Highly recommended.

Dewey and the service team at Puklich were really responsive when we had an issue with our Equinox on a recent trip. We were impressed with their knowledge of the issue and their ability to get us back on the road within hours!

Had issues with car stalling while traveling. Stopped at dealership once I got to town. Service department immediately checked computer and found some issues to address. They recommended I leave the car overnight ( it was already 4:45 pm). All persons ( Dewey, Rachel and ? Jeremy) could not have nicer. GREAT SERVICE

Went on the my chevrolet app to schedule an appointment for 1st oil change for my 2024 Chevrolet 2500 high country. Went on there at 1 and it said Puklich had 3 available openings for oil change. I chose 4pm. I got there and was informed they have no time today to due oil change. The earliest they could get me in was next Tuesday. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I didn't drive 35 minutes to get there. They had 3 hours to call and let me know in advance and the lady said she was going to call but forgot. If they have appointments available online they should honor them or take them off.

Everyone I dealt with was helpfully and nice but my truck is still doing the same thing..so I feel like I have an expensive
part that I didn't need and now will need something else.

Knowledgeable service advisor who knew they needed my partial VIN to order the correct part. Arrived earlier than appointment time and able to be accommodated. Comfortable waiting area. Best part of visit was getting my vehicle back freshly washed! Definitely will drive a bit further for awesome service! Ladies, you rock...keep up the great service.

Rachael was great - patient, accommodating, and seeming to do everything she could to facilitate my service experience. I’d give her a 6-star rating if I could! Delays in getting my vehicle fixed seemed more related to the dealership having only one technician on staff who could work on a diesel - hence, my overall rating of 4-stars.

Major engine work and drive train was diagnosed promptly and fixed even faster. Efficient team effort from the service department. Very clean work too. Everything back in place in the engine compartment and clean.

I will continue to get my vehicles serviced at Puklich Valley City as they have great customer service with easy scheduling, a clean waiting area, quick service time, and tasty popcorn that my daughter devoured. Very small town vibes where you know you are being taken care of.

Always nice and friendly never had anything bad to say and never tried over selling just Always upfront on everything when something was a road hazard the wouldn't let it go out the door with I appreciate they rake safety seriously

Giving them 2 stars because my ac system worked fine before we took it in and evap is cracked day after we get it back steering is wobbly after they replaced control arm. Looks like it might have been dropped on lift. Can't afford to pay for more problems. They were very friendly at first, but the attitude changed. You did us right at first that's why your getting 2 stars instead of 1.

I've been looking for a pickup for over 10 months. I was going to wait until interest rates and other fiascos go away with our financial crisis but this vehicle just happened to wander by and said pick me..... so I did. The folks Nicki and Brandon made it so easy I would have been silly to walk away from my pickup. Thanks all for making a sight unseen purchase so easy and comfortable.

Got referred back to John in sales from him previously getting my parents into 2 newer vehicles and having a positive experience and I couldn’t have had a better, smoother and less stressful experience.
