Prompt Quality Painting

So I won a contest to have a room paint makeover from Prompt Quality Painting, Inc.. I was pretty psyched because- well, I never win things and I’ve been dragging my feet on painting anything in this house for the past 5+ years. I figured, if they’re going to be here, I was going to add 2 more rooms. I already had colors in mind, but was a little afraid they wouldn’t work well. Tim walked me through the color selection and helped me to pick the right shades (his choices worked much better than mine). He told me he’d be back in a week. His crew showed up right on time. The results are stunning. I could not be happier with the end product. They did all 3 rooms & a small hallway, were cleaned up, and gone in 4 hours. I am in love with the new look of my home. The blue he helped me pick brings out the colors in my fireplace and the red brings out the colors of the cabinetry. And the price he charged for the additional room- I feel like I robbed him, it was such a good deal. I never thought I’d be so excited over paint. ❤️

AWFUL COMPANY! HAS NO LISTED PHONE NUMBER. YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY SEARCH HIS WEBSITE TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER AND ITS JUST NOT USER FRIENDLY. UPON CALLING 5 TIMES NOONE ANSWERED THE PHONE...YOUR SHOT STRAIT TO VOICEMAIL & THE BEST PART IS THEY COULD CARE LESS WHEN IT COMES TO RETUENING THAT CALL. SO HERE I AM WITH CASH IN HAND AND TRYING TO DESPERATLY REACH SOMEONE SND THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO RETURN MY CALL AT ALL! TO ME THAT SCREAMS YOU DONT VALUE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS & THAT IM BETTER OFF FINDING SOMEONE WHO DOES.

Thoughout this pandemic I found myself working from home indefinitely. Sitting in my house 12+ hours a day I realized how dingy and dirty my office walls were. I called PQP and that same evening my call was returned and i was scheudled that same week. Tim came to my home to do an estimate, throughout the process he was attentive and had problem giving options and explainations!

Pqp is head ache free! I will use them again!
