Attempted to prebook for an upcoming work trip.
The call went to VM but received a text saying they would call me back shortly.

Received a call back and discussed the details.
Sent a follow up text with information but never got a confirmation or quote sent over.

Arrived in Anchorage and called the day before, got VM again, not a big deal cause I would hope a handyman would be busy.
Called 30 mins later to VM again.
Called an hour later and finally got an answer.

Confirmed we were good to go the next day but asked to come in at 9am, agreed and hung up

Day of 8am get a text asking to come in on my originally requested time of 10am.
10am rolls around and he is MIA, 10:15 MIA, 10:30 I call and once again the phone goes to VM.
Finally around 10:45 he calls saying a job ran over and asks if he can come by the next day.
When I explain I won't be there he then says he can make it at 11

Told him to forget it and Called BRS Service who was able to come out immediately and get the job done in no time flat

These guys rock! After our house flooded and the entire first floor had to be ripped out, Prompt Handyman was able to get out and start restoration work within the week. Not only was the work all beautifully done, but they were also able to work with our insurance to make sure we didn't need to pay out of pocket. Not only that, but they also convinced insurance to upgrade our flooring at the same time. We really couldn't be happier with the job they did. Thanks again guys!

Prompt Handyman is legit. If you need a roof shoveled, give these guys a call. I have an 1800 sq ft, 2 story house and they got it cleaned off in a day.

I was most impressed by the job they did, they were careful about where they relocated the snow, not leaving any in the driveway in front of the garage. They were also careful not to damage my brand new shingles, so that was also appreciated.

I just used Prompt Handyman Service for some repairs on my house. They fixed a leak under the sink in the kitchen, replaced a broken toilet fill valve, and reattached a cabinet face on a drawer. The job was done on a very short notice, promptly, professionally, and at a very decent price! Highly recommend and will most definitely use them again!
