Very knowledgeable and professional owners and employees. We had a stressful water damage and after using a national brand, I had to have Pro Kleen come in after and they did the job correct!

The most outrageous pricing. Can you tell me why it would cost $1500 to do a move out clean in a one bed, <750 sq ft apartment? You might think you would get a deep clean for this price but nah, apartment was not cleaned thoroughly after inspection. Your done Pro-Kleen. You should not be allowed to have a cleaning business lol

We used their services around August 2021 after buying a new home, and were not satisfied with the services provided. To start off the work who showed up to our house smelled like alcohol. This should have been our first sign to stop the services. Then when the job was completed we noticed that the registers which were suppose to be clean still have debris deep inside (16" inside). I called immediately because we paid over $500 for this job, and I was upset that the services were not rendered that we promised. The owner said "No worries I will come back out and finish this job again, but we are busy now so give me time". I agreed and waited 4 months to not hear anything. In the beginning of 2022 I called again, and I spoke with owner, and he said that I would still receive services. I did not hear back from, and I called and left a message in the early Spring of 2022. I have yet to hear back, and I am completely disappointed with the services that I received, and the customer service that was offered. I would like a full refund for services not rendered. I do not recommend using this company, and I recommend finding elsewhere to get your vents cleaned,

Morgan and Dave were quick and professional when it came to the water damage in our basement due to groundwater. They are very personable and stayed in contact every day throughout the project. They were very flexible with our crazy work schedules and showed up on time each day.

We had water damage and ProKleen went above and beyond to get everything back to new. Morgan was so great to work with and communicated everything with us. They made the process easy and helped with our insurance submissions. Can’t thank them enough.

The gentleman who arrived to clean the vents seemed hungover and was not completely equipped. I had to provide a foot stool so that he could reach the vents. He also managed to ruin the surrounding popcorn ceiling which was in perfect condition prior to the job and then they refused to repair the damage. Never again!

We had a really harsh winter and experienced an ice jam on our roof. Water seeped in and we had water damage on our walls and ceiling. Pro Kleen came in and assessed the damage and got equipment in right away to begin drying out, and also searched for any further damage that could have been possible. Including crawling around in our attic to make sure our roofing and insulation were free of possible molding. Our home looks like nothing ever happened! So happy with the customer service and quality work done by Pro Kleen :)

I called and got a quote and decided to continue to have them carpet clean. They came out to my house and measured and gave me an estimate 4x the original estimate! Then was very rude about it and denying it! Then while carpet cleaning my house I had my husband call and see how much a carpet cleaning for the exact sq. footage of the house they just measured would be and they gave him a quote $200 less than they charged me! The worst ever!!!!
