Bert did an amazing job resurfacing a roof for a commercial building for me. His company got it done in a timely manner, and the work quality was outstanding. His communication skills and fantastic!

Did not do the patio to the flags outlined in the yard. Broke pool joints on a less than 6 month old pool. I had the pool company come to see if it
was under warranty and they were glued back. Bert advised the guys did not break them. Who would have glued them? In the contract he said he would install a pop up drain. When I asked where it was he said you don’t need one and said it only cost $27 for PVC so it is free. So you charged me for the drain that was supposed to be installed? When I call it out you say what drain and well it was free anyway? The river rock was a mix we went to the place. Also nothing was put under the river rock so all weeds grew through it. They were supposed to take all debris as stated on the contract and instead threw dirt and grass in the back of my yard. I was told I had low spots in my yard don’t fall for it. I had super high spots after the dirt and debris was tossed around the back and sides of yard.

We hired Pro Core to replace our roof and repair our chimney. We were very impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism! We were quoted a good price and the estimate held true. Work was completed on time and we kept hiring Pro Core for other jobs as well — we used them to replace our driveway, add a Belgian block border and bury our downspouts, as well as replace skylights. They are very quick to respond. I would highly recommend them!

What a fantastic experience! We asked Bert to quote us to replace our cracked concrete with new. To our pleasant surprise, Bert’s professional suggestions and excellent price, we decided to get pavers. Boy are we glad we did. The Procore crew were pros, they were quick, and they installed a beautiful pathway in our yard. It has transformed the curb appeal of our home and we love it! We’re going to keep calling them back until our yard is done.

I had pro core handle the window wells for my egress windows in the basement. On top of his crews cleanliness and speed he also gave me some ideas I was skeptical about but I ended up loving. Easily the best contractors I’ve worked with.

Bert and his crew did such a great job with our concrete slab for our swim spa that we hired them to also install our patio. Bert was a thoughtful sounding board with issues that were outside of his scope and collaborated well with my deck contractor. I appreciated his honesty and came up with creative solutions when changes occurred during the project. His crew always left the site clean and their professionalism was above par. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Pro Core again for my next project.

Very happy with the work and product overall. Owner/Operator is a stand up guy, kept me updated every step of the way, right up until the job was finished. Guys showed up prompt, and owner checked in with me, and the crew, multiple times through out the day. Even stopped by the neighbors to tell them to reach out if any debris/garbage blew into their yards.

Great experience from beginning to end. Pro Core was able to replace the steps at my rental property, with almost no inconvenience to my tenant. They were able to communicate directly with my tenant, schedule material delivery even completed ahead of schedule. They came with their dumptruck and hauled away the debris same day. This big for us as the tenant needed access to the driveway, street parking is non-existent after 5pm. They left the job cleaner that it was when they arrived.

We just had Pro Core Construction install a new roof. They were very professional, when Bert arrived for the appointment he was prepared for measurements. He did a visual inspection and he was able to give me a quote on the spot. When they were done, I received the GAF factory warranty. Highly recommended, clean up was spotless. Smooth and easy process.

Excellent service and great price. Bert from Pro Core was great to work with for a roof replacement job on my home. He came out came out quickly to give me a detailed estimate and explained exactly what he would be doing. He and his team were professional, prompt and responsive throughout the job. There were no surprises. What I liked most was the communication and my comfort level working with Pro Core was exceptional throughout. Sleeping better now that I know water will not seep through my roof.
