I met Val on Monday. By Tuesday evening I had a brand new roof. Val originally came to quote some repair work. The repair need was pointed out to me following a roofing inspection due to recent severe weather and other homes in the area requiring roof repair/replacement. After assessing the situation, we mutually decided it made no sense to repair. Val exhibited a no pressure approach. We spoke very candidly about the options. Whatever I decided, they would do the job. After speaking with 3 roofing specialists, I was advised of maybe 3-5 years left on my roof (get an annual inspection status). Original roof was ~23 years old. I asked Val to quote a full roof job. The cost benefit revealed a forgone conclusion to install the new roof. You also do not know what you can’t fully see. I thought a lot about this aspect when weighing my decision to replace the roof. The unknown was revealed as the original roof came down. We needed some new plywood which Val provided an allowance expecting none. Overall, price for the job was fair and they got it done the next day. If you have a roofing concern, I would not hesitate to give Val and the All Pro crew a shot at the job. No bs no additional clean up or debris removal fees. One price. One job. One day. Complete.

I would give 6 stars if this was an option. I called All Pro Roofing and Chimney for a couple of major repairs to my tile roof, and they sent someone out the same day to inspect. The quote came the next day and we scheduled the repairs to be made a few days later. The crew was amazing. They showed up early every morning and finished late in the evening.
