Kris at Pristine Softwash was so easy to work with. He gave me an estimate during our first conversation and the procedure to remove moss from the roof was explained. I was under a time crunch as the insurance company was going to cancel our home owners coverage because of the moss. We set a date for completion but when the weather didn't cooperate he called to reschedule and the job was completed today. He took pictures of the roof before and after and sent them to the insurance company. Everything was cleaned up perfectly! I highly recommend Kris and his company, Pristine Softwash.
