I’ve been working with this company for years and the service and expertise is always top notch. They always finish the job on time and usually quicker than expected. When it comes to working with insurance companies, I haven’t seen anyone better. Trustworthy and honesty can be counted on every time. Highly recommended!

So I'm renting my house and the last rain storm we got was pretty gnarly, got home after 9 and parked my suv in my garage and heard water drops hitting my ceiling. My renter agent called and had david come by today, and I was at work at the time, and he took care of everything perfectly and called me afterwards and sent me pictures. Would highly recommend David to anyone needing roof repairs.

Priority Roofing arrived on the day they scheduled. Very good crew and hard workers. Especially considering the high temperatures.

Highly recommend. They replaced my elderly mom's roof which was damaged from the wind, after her insurance threatened to cancel her policy. They dealt directly with the insurance company and we only had to pay the deductible.

Adrian inspected the roof, showed us his findings and quoted a new underlayment replacement. We approved. Everything went as expected, great job, crew was great and the roof turned out great! Adrian and the crew were great to work with. I will call them again if the need arises.

Adrian did a fine job in completing the recommendations from a recent inspection.

I used Priority Roofing this week to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. Project Manager Adrian came out and did a very thorough and complete inspection of my entire roof. I had 2 areas that leaked but after discussing the inspection, and reviewing the photos he took of other damaged areas I decided it was best to replace the whole roof underlayment. Adrian showed me in pictures step by step of what they would do. He was knowledge and professional. The estimate for a double layer was far less than I expected! Their crew worked very hard and did the job way ahead of schedule. I saw what they were doing and saw that they knew exactly what they were doing and took pride in their work. The crew were friendly. They showed up on time and worked quickly. When done, the clean up was awesome. Their was absolutely no debris left around my house when they left. I HIGHLY recommend using this company.Thanks also go to Eddie for his work and communication.

Easy 5 star review. Eddie found some broken tiles on my roof that had caused a leak in my house. Him and his team were on my roof the next morning to fix the problem. No upselling, no price gouging, just a fair price to fix the problem.

We are very pleased with the job. Price was good. Our roof had solar panels, but their removal and replacement was handled smoothly. The job was completed within schedule and meticulously. Every day the crew removed all debris and left the yard looking clean. Eddie the Project Manager, ensured we were completely satisfied with the workmanship on a daily basis. PS. The insurance company liked the new roof enough to reduce our premium!

David came out from Priority Roofing to give me a free roof inspection. I had water coming into my bedroom ceiling. I was excepting the worse! I was expecting a huge impact on payment, he gave me a great deal! If you need any roofing services this is the company to call! Very professional and got the job done fast! Do it!!

Priority Roofing was very courteous, engaging, knowledgeable, and professional from the company owner, to the support staff, and the roofers that performed the installation.

Priority provided me with a competitive price for my flat roof and the tile roof sections of my house and completed all the work as promised and on time.

Priority Roofing was the 3rd quote I received. The standard quote was for 3 types of roofing underlayment and replacement tile, along with all the other items. I was a little skeptical because they outbid the other two quotes by thousands of dollars. I went with their most expensive quote , which again was far less than any of the other quotes and pleasantly surprised with the final product. I have a 3500 sq. two story home with a tile roof. They were in and out in less than 4 days. Excellent work!

The whole process was seemless. From the paperwork to the final review. Two buildings, a large solar system, removed and re-shingled in one day. The reinstall of the solar system was a few days later. Minor trim issue around a skylight and a technician was out and fixed it better than new.

The crew at Priority Roofing was punctual and all work was completed as promised. They were competitively priced. They added some flashing that improved the run-off away from the vertical roof line adjacent to a valley.

Paige from Priority Roofing was wonderful to work with. She dealt with my homeowners insurance, scheduled the work, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
The roofers were very professional and did outstanding work. I had them replace roofs on my house and my mother's house. I highly recommend Priority Roofing.

David was great at communicating through the process. He helped submit a claim with my insurance and got it approved. They finished the project in one day, even though we had unexpected work come up as the old shingles were removed. They replaced 42 sheets of plywood and helped get that covered as well. Lupe with QC was great at walking me through the process the day of and made sure everything was cleaned up.

Outstanding service! Adrian was our service contact. Very professional. He explained everything in detail in our initial meeting and kept in touch throughout the process. The crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up the area at the end of the work day. My neighbors just had their roof done by Priority Roofing and I just wanted to say that those men were so very thoughtful of the neighbors as far as blowing dust and debris. We are very happy with the work that Priority Roofing did with replacing our shingles on 2 of our roofs. Lupe and his crew worked diligently & professionally and got them done within a day & a half. We could tell his crew was very experienced. He made sure we were happy with the job after they were done. We have a steep pitch roof on our garage that is hard to access but they managed to get the job done & didn't complain about the difficulty. They also took effort to protect things around our roofs and cleaned up everything very well. We also really like the appearance of the new shingles. Clint was our first contact person and he was very attentive to what we needed and our circumstances. He was always available to answer any questions. He assured us that they would work with our insurance company in getting our claim taken care of and by the deadline needed. We had a previous bad experience with a different roofing company, so we were very glad for the professional, quick service we received from Priority Roofing.

HAD MY ROOF INSTALLED FIVE YEARS AGO. THEY TOOK TWO OLD LAYERS OFF AND INSTALLED A NEW ROOF IN ONE DAY. IN JAN.2025 WE HAD OUR HOUSE PAINTED. THE PAINTERS SPILLED SOMETHING ON THE ROOF THAT DISCOLORED SOME OF MY SINGLES, WHICH THEY DENIED. I CALLED PRIORITY AND THEY REPLACED THE SINGLES ( NO CHARGE ). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIORITY ROOFING.

My new roof looks great! Priority did a great job, they were done quickly and cleaned up everything well. They worked with my insurance company until they go it approved. Great work!!!

Priority Roofing Review April 26, 2025
Location, Sun City West, AZ
Just had my new roof installed by Priority Roofing on April 14, 2025.
Had them and 2 other local roofing companies out to inspect my old roof for weather damage.
Val Huerta, Project Manager, responded promptly and informed me that I had some damage caused by high winds and he called Richard Urcino, Production Manager, over to also take a look at my old roof. I agreed to let Priority Roofing deal directly with my Home Insurance Provider and Richard set up a meeting with my Home Insurance adjuster.
This is when Priority really did a great job. My Home Insurance adjuster agreed that I had some wind damage but was only going to authorize some spot repairs, not replace the whole roof.
As my roof was about 20 years old, and understanding that there was some wear and tear over the years, Richard went to bat for me with my Home Insurance adjuster.
They had numerous meetings regarding my old obsolete shingle type, as per ITEL Asphalt Roofing Evaluation Control, (Independent Laboratory) and the fact that my old shingles were very brittle making patching almost impossible.

“ITEL Report Findings
The ITEL report (Control #: RXS14256059) confirms that the existing shingles are brittle, weathered, and discontinued. Attempting a repair would cause further damage to the surrounding materials, making it ineffective. Specifically, the report states:
• "No matches were found in our national search." – This confirms the shingles are discontinued with no suitable replacement.
• "The original sample has heavy weathering and granular loss." – This means the material is deteriorated and will not hold up to repairs.
• "Tab shape, mat composition, warranty, and/or dimensions are unique to products that are no longer manufactured." – Cutting other shingles to fit is not a proper solution and would result in a compromised repair.”

Richard kept me fully informed as he presented my case, with supporting facts, to my Home Insurance adjuster. After long delays and my Home Insurance Adjuster originally offering only patching, Richard finally got an acceptable offer to cover a large portion of a new roof.
We discussed Shingle type, mfg, color, trim colors and date for my complete reroof.
Priority showed up on time, did a great job, (even my neighbors were impressed) cleaned up debris, magnetic raked the area and left me with a good warranty and as a very satisfied customer.
I cannot say enough about how professional Priority Roofing were in dealing with me, my Home Insurance Adjuster and I thank them for their efforts in obtaining a satisfactory settlement with my Home Insurance for my roof damage.
I forgot to mention that their original quote for the reroof was competitive against the other 2 roofing companies. Considering all the work that Richard did for me, they were the best value.

What a wonderful experience today meeting Eddie Urcino, Pro Mgr. While roofing our neighbors home he noticed we had a couple loose tiles. He came to the door, introduced himself and let my husband know what he noticed. My husband (AZ homebuilder for 50 yrs) inspected with him and was able to get his guys to repair while they were close by.
We are impressed by Priority Roofing and Eddie!

5 stars! The sales rep "Toni" was very professional, relaxed, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and didn't pressure us to make a decision during the quote process. The pricing was fair. We did have lower bids, but our comfort level with Toni is what sold us on this company. THEN the project began....oh boy what a project. Not boring you with the details of the REMODEL project -let it be said that "RAFAEL (the job supervisor)" along with his team AND "RICHARD (the owner) were EXCELLENT to work with!

The job was completed. Richard (owner) made every effort to accommodate every request we had. Toni (sales rep) stopped in to check-in making sure we were all good. The job site was CLEAN! Tarps were laid out to collect all debris, Magnets were used to pick up all loose nails. The crew was polite. The house with the new skylights looks amazing with the new Roof !!!
