I first met Ed when getting prices for an insurance repair. Ed and his guys did such a great job on the repair I eventually had them back to do several other jobs when I was preparing to sell my house. I was always 100% satisfied. Ed always responded, gave fair prices, showed up and completed work as scheduled. The work was always excellent. For any additional exterior work I ever need on a house I will only call Performance Home Improvement.

I went with the Atlas roof and am very pleased with the peace of mind that I now have even with very strong winds. For some reason it appears that my electric bill this summer has decreased from previous summers.

Ed has completed multiple jobs at my home to include a new roof, deck build and siding replacement. He is a consummate professional and provides quality work. He shows up on time, communicates promptly and is reasonably priced.

Ed has completed several projects for us, including roofing two of our properties, gutter installations and turning our front deck into an awesome covered porch. His attention to detail and concern for our complete satisfaction with the results is more than we hoped for. We were getting ready to put our home on the market and decided to replace an exterior double door. The frame had bad spots. Ed from PHI came over and verified that it wasn't just the exterior trim, but that the door frame was bad. He suggested options and pointed out different price points that we could use in selecting the replacement. Once the door arrive, the install was quick and very nicely done. No damage to the property, no mess left behind; just a good install. Even little things, like a smooth caulk line at the door seam were done well. I would definitely use them again in the future. A couple days later two of his workers came out and completed the job. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely call them again.

Ed and his team recently replaced our roof. Top notch company to work with. The entire experience was seamless from the initial meeting until after the work was done. The quality and attention to detail was impressive I’ve heard horror stories of old nails being left in the yard they put tarps down to prevent that and magnets to pick up any loose nails.

Fantastic work....done with the same care you'd use on your own home. Very professional staff who removed all the trash and left the place cleaner than they found it. I will hire these guys again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

PHI was absolutely professional. My rental property needed a new roof. Mr. Ed Brown was extremely easy to work with, scheduling was simple and the work was completed on the scheduled day.

Worked with local resident Ed Brown on replacing a roof that had hail damage from the Summer 2016 hail storm. Process was very simple, Ed climbed onto the roof and verified the roof damage. Described the process from start to finish which was 100% accurate. After his roof inspection he was there beside me when I called the insurance company to file my claim to guide me through the process. Ed was able to meet the insurance company inspector on the day of the official inspection (I did not have to be there as Ed was able to act on my behalf as requested). The insurance company verified the damage and the insurance company issued the money to cover a complete roof replacement. Ed went to work and the roof was finished in 2 days. No hidden claims or hidden out of pocket fees. Brand new roof and it looks amazing! Highly recommend Performance Home Improvement if they ever come knocking to check out some damage to your house or for any kind of repairs that you ever need!!
