I originally contacted Priority Home Solutions for trim on my fireplace that I could see was rotten and needed replaced. Donnie Mayes came out the same day that I inquired and even helped me find other trim that needed replaced which I was thankful for. He gave me my quote and 3 days later after a big storm I noticed that I had a couple places taking in water in my house. I reached back out to Donnie and again, he came out same day.

He was very thorough and walked me through a step by step how to fix it correctly. Again, before he left he had given me a very competitive quote for the trim and flashing replacement. Donnie had great communication and his team did phenomenal work and clean up afterwards.

I would save the time of calling around to tons of different contractors and I would just call Donnie. He will be the only contractor I call when I need something done from now on.

I had 6 different roofing companies out. Hands down their salesman Donnie was the most knowledgeable, and passionate of any other company.

Priority home solutions is an excellent and reputable company for all home repair situations. Donnie Mayes is incredible to work with. If it wasn't for him, I would've had to pay over 60% of a roof replacement. Earlier this year, we had some shingles starting to come off due to storms and wind as did others in the neighborhood. The damage only worsened as time went on and finally I had Donnie come out and help me through the insurance claim process and working directly with our adjuster to explain why the insurance company should be liable to cover the cost of the roof. A couple weeks later after materials were ordered and received, Donnie and his installation crew came out and tore off my old roof and put on a new one all in one day. They were very respectful and left my property cleaner than how they found it!
