Had our roof replwced in Trenton, very nice to work with, came with all material and clean up was great.

My father had his roof and skylights replaced. They came quick and did an excellent job. Josh answered all of his questions and took care of any concerns he had. I would recommend this company.

It's very irritating when you come to ppls house ..unwanted soliciting .. don't you think if I wanted your company ..I would seek you out ?! well I don't so don't come into neighborhoods seeking , knocking on ..doors being of annoyance.. We would never get a quote from a company that goes around knocking on doors seeking customers.. especially in times like this when scammers going around town to town!

We needed a new roof and gutters, and frankly, I was dreading the experience. My husband and I talked with a few companies, but prices were high and we were worried. Then we met Josh. Our new roof was put on within 5 days of signing, during a holiday week!
The crew was clean, kind, and knew what they were doing. They took into account that we have dogs and made sure there was not a trace of debris they could get in their paws. They even went out of their way to reattach a string of gutter we didn’t realize had an incorrect pitch.

There are so many things that we did not like. 1. They left a huge mess around our house for the entire time they were adding siding. 2. The workers didn’t speak English and we were told to talk to him directly. 3. The workers broke things and never told us. 4. He replaced our 4 inch gutters with 3 inch gutters and we were not informed. I would never recommend them!

A sales rep came soliciting to my house. They drove up my brand new driveway, turned their wheels on the driveway and left two nasty scars (see picture). They also drove off the edge of the driveway onto freshly planted grass, smashing that down and tearing up an area of it complete (see picture). I am very disappointed with the lack of care for people’s property, especially with the business they are in.

Josh and the team were friendly, professional, customer-oriented and provided a quality service and were great to work with. We are pleased with the quality of the product and the value. Josh went over and above to meet our needs, and the work crew was first-rate. We would contact Josh again in the future if we have similar remodeling needs. Thanks, Josh and team!

Josh and his team did excellent work. We signed contract on Sunday and roof and gutters were installed on Wednesday and Thursday. Very professional and great communication throughout the entire process. Noticed a few minor issues, but Josh was very responsive and got crews out to fix them immediately. Unfortunately my experience with Prime was negative.

When Josh gave me his quote, I told him that it was higher than a competitor (Pro Home Improvement), which I had previously done business with should have went with instead). Josh lowered his bid to get the business, which should have been my 1st red flag, especially since it was significantly lower than the competitor.

I reluctantly paid my deposit and Josh advised me that I’d receive calls to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. I didn’t receive an actual was advised that I’d receive calls to schedule call until after I sent a certified letter requesting to be released from the contract.

The work eventually got done, but I was dissatisfied with the rudeness and lack of communication after I paid my deposit.

After it was all said and done, I ended paying nearly $2k more to have the work done, because he claims I needed several sheets of replacement wood.

Not to mention before I signed the contract I asked if he’ll send me pictures of any wood that is going to be replaced. He agreed to do so. What he did instead was sent me pictures of the new wood that his crew put down. Absolutely not 1 picture of the wood that was bad that it needed to be replaced.

I’m placing before and after pictures as proof that I had dealings with this company.

They did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Josh and his team. They were prompt and clean up was awesome.

Josh and his team arrived in the morning, to do a complete roof installation.(he had a dumpster delivered the day before)…They tore off 3 layers of old shingles; then replaced/installed new asphalt shingles…They proceeded to clean up the entire area; all, in under 10 hours!!
Would DEFINITELY refer, and hire, Josh and his team for any future jobs/renovations…

Josh and his team were great to work with. Josh bent over backwards to accommodate our needs--he met with us multiple times over the weekend to work around our hectic schedule, was very patient as we pulled together financing, and was very responsive and worked with us to address our questions and needs during and after the project (which for us was a new roof). He did a great job of providing us a reasonable cost estimate without trying to oversell us or being pushy (as we had experienced with other contractors). Genuinely very pleased with the whole experience and think the new roof looks great.

We purchased a new roof and gutters through Prime Home Remod. Considering it was off-season they were able to provide prompt service, putting our new roof on less than a week after coming out and giving an estimate. After install, any concerns we had were promptly addressed and taken care of by Josh, which put us at ease. Would def recommend them to anyone. They also have great financing options too!

The results of the residing were expert, and where we had some minor complaints he was right there to quickly rectify. Even though window delivery took longer than we hoped, once all the materials were available the work done was timely and terrific. Josh did a great job on my new siding and followed through as promised with my concerns or questions. A small piece fell off the window frame during a windy day and as promised had it fixed. He is a man of his word and they did a great job.

I received a quote from Anderson for two large main level windows and two entry doors & storm doors, and had sticker shock, to say the least. Josh came out and was quick, to the point, didn’t try to upsell, friendly, and polite to my animals. We encountered issues because well, it’s Michigan. It was all done for less than half of what I was quoted with Anderson, and with a much sooner timeline. The install process was relatively painless, and when I asked the team to be mindful of my cats, they had no issues. I just recommended them to a friend in Flint. My energy bills have already begun to decrease as well. Thank you guys! The neighbors have even said they look amazing! Will use in the future if any other windows need replaced.

The team did a great job on the roof, and while there were one or two minor things that got overlooked I really didn’t feel they were worth complaining about because the rest of the work, and the best service, made those concerns very minor.
