This is the worst management company ever. Do not use them. They refuse to enforce regulations, they allow other residents to harass and intimidate other residents. They do not provide notice when workers are going to be there. I woke up one morning to men outside my window putting up scaffolding. They do not answer their phone. Having working in housing myself, I cannot mote forcefully say, do not rent from them or us as a management company. I was forced to sell my unit by their in action, it had gotten to a point I was afraid to even go out to my car, let alone work in my garden. I found out the person who told me they were the owner when I asked to speak to their supervisor and told me they owned the company was NOT the owner. I think this he just didn’t want boss to know what he was not doing. Not a good look!

Prestige property management responded to my initial call in 15 minutes. They fixed my roof!! I put a new one on in September but the previous roofer did not do the flashing.
It caused water leakage and damage in my bathroom. It poured through a light. An electrician replaced the light and fan.
Then I had my ceilings fixed, replaced and painted. My house looks beautiful.
They do excellent work and everyone was professional that came to complete their work

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with Prestige Property Management. I have experienced nothing but excellence in their services. From prompt communication to efficient problem-solving, they have truly exceeded my expectations.

Our portfolio was struggling with our previous property management company. The previous management company was not able to stabilize our buildings. After two months of working with Prestige, we started to cash flow positive. There were many city work orders open. Josh and his team were able to move fast and close them down. We made the right decision to hire Prestige and Property management.

We hired Josh to re-do our roof and also do some flooring in a hallway and a bathroom. His guys did a great job on the roof but I was not pleased with the flooring. But being the CONSUMATE PROFESSIONAL that Josh is, he did right by me and had a different crew, led by KYLE, come in and re-do my floors, from leveler up. Josh is an incredible guy to do business with!!

Prestige Property Management, took a chance on me as a first time tenant. They displayed welcoming service both, in person and through telecommunications. When some things happened unexpectedly they did not fret but, believed in my word and my capabilities to remain a responsible tenant. Also they were communicative on what I was required to do. They also took care of our building and home as well as life needs. For that I thank them and Josh! They helped me learn and grow as an individual who lives on their own. Had a main bathroom remodel, it was builder beautiful , but now it is custom georgeous!! The craftsman who worked in this project were terrific Bob the tile man was an artist!!! Shane the plumber was invaluable! I designed the whole bathroom and they completed it ordering every piece. I picked out dealing with the changes I've made and the additions such as shiplap my beautiful trough sink came in broken. Josh had it immediately dealt with and a new one delivered, as with any renovation, you run into snags let's face it , it happens, prestige management dealt with any snags promptly and perfectly! I am in love with the floor to ceiling tile!! The whole bathroom is a showstopper! Thank you prestige management

I'm probably just pointing out the obvious here about the vendome and st Ives buildings on Chandler, but this is a warning to those who are unaware and new to the area. Several families are moving out due to the same issues. Even if you are in a desperate situation, don't do this to yourself.

This is honestly the worst property management I have ever experienced. I normally resist leaving a negative reviews, but the slumlord issue is out of hand. For what tenants pay, you'd think it would be much better. At $1800 a month, you can do so much better. I will include some pictures.
Here are some of the issues we had and other tenants:
The dumpsters are always full and overflowing. It causes so much litter in the streets and flies plus walking by from our parking spot smells terrible.
The stairwells are nasty and sometimes smell bad. Numerous times there have been animal feces and urine. Various trash and so much dust. There is a small area not quite like a balcony for the stairs outside. Never been out that way, because of the insane amount of pigeon poop. Some kind of inspection was being done and they were cleaning halls. So I guess they do things to keep up appearances for the right people.
The elevator doesn't work and not up to code. Plans to fix it were mentioned in the beginning probably just to get the top apartment occupied. They don't seem to have any plans to fix it. Buildings with more than 3 floors are supposed to have an operating elevator, also the American Disability Act.
Speaking of fixing things. I called, texted, and put a work order in on an electrical issue we had when we moved in, almost one year later it is not fixed and the work order was never assigned. Whenever we flipped on the light switch in our living room, it flips the breaker box.
The ceiling in the bathroom leaks causing part of the wall to deteriorate next to the shower.
SO many homeless people, they loiter between the parking lot and dumpsters. Some of them regularly beg and openly use alcohol and narcotics.
The laundry area is dirty and dusty. The washers and dryers barely work. Wasted many quarters on machines that dont dry. Not to mention for months a homeless man was living in the laundry room. I mentioned this several times and nothing was done and he kept coming back despite calling the police. So we had to do laundry elsewhere, which is yet another inconvenience.
The cameras set up do not work in the entrance.
Numerous mail packages have been stolen. Most recently, I expressed my concern about my neighbor stealing my package to a member of the "property management" but I received no response. The only reason I got my most recently stolen package back was because I had a witness of who exactly took it. I had to get most of my packages held at carrier locations to avoid them getting stolen.
The day we moved in, our unit was still dirty and some things incomplete from the "remodel". We had to clean much of the mess.
The hood over the stove fell off not long ago, you can tell the remodel was done under a very tight budget or by people who like to cut corners. The counters in the kitchen aren't smooth and feel like they are missing some kind of coating on top. The pantry in the apartment we were shown had shelves. The apartment we were given, it didn't. The apartment we were shown looked better than the one given.
I expected it to be loud when we moved it, because of the location but if you like bad music, you're neighbors will provide plenty of it blaring through the walls.
I can back up everything in this review with plenty of proof. I wouldn't recommend this place ever to anyone. I'm honestly wondering if the owners of the buildings are fully aware that their property is being managed so poorly or they are being told what they want to hear when they get the money from their rent, kind of like when they have an inspection or some kind.

Joshua has been so kind and helpful through this entire experience. I feel like renting has the capability to make you feel like you're all alone out there. He's been a huge help and makes us feel like our needs matter.

I have had the opportunity to do some service's on many properties that are managed by Prestige Property management, and I will say they do an extraordinary job with All locations. Security is great all locations have secured entry for tenant's, very clean, and appearance is great. I have done services in Worcester Athol Gardner fitchburg Winchendon for many properties and All I have had is great experience. Thank you for doing a great job Prestige Property management. I have recently hired Josh and his team to manage several properties in north central Worcester county. He and his staff are professional, courteous, and very responsive whether it be via text, phone or email. It has been a pleasant experience so far.

They’ve been managing 17 units of mine for the past 4 months. So far so good - they update me immediately when a major problem comes up, they make clear how much a project/task will cost before doing it, and they do their due diligence when selecting new tenants. They also manage hundreds of units so they’ve seen it all and have workers and processes in place at scale. Highly recommended!

I've been using Prestige on a multiunit for about 6 months. The team is always very attentive and communicates extremely well regarding any concerns or items that come up. They were quick to address water issues I had and brought the bill significantly down. I know the property is being taken care of and will use them for other purchases.
