We were able to come to a compromise. Michael and his crew slowly but surely came to clean up the demolition trash. They also finished the shed and fix the chimney crown issues.
The project that was supposed to be done in January finally wrapped up today on May 2nd. I am happy to wrap this up. Late is better than never. With better communication and follow through I think it would’ve made the experience better. His communication also improved in recent days which made me hopeful about his business. I wish him the best and hope he could continue the good work. My experience with Premiere fluctuated from 1 star to 5 star so I upgraded my original 2 stars rating and to the an average of 3 stars.

Michael Lopez and his team did several projects for me including installing windows, laying ceramic tiles, building chimney crown, and rebuilding a shed to varying amount of success. He was best at laying subway tiles and floors. The window installation had many obvious mistakes. However after printing him and his team the instruction with additional money he was able to complete the work. However the chimney crown he rebuilt quickly lifted and allow for water intrusion. He also never came back to fix it. He also never removed the huge amount of trash from the demolition which was initially agreed upon. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. He doesn’t answer his call or return multiple text. Multiple occasions promised that he will come and doesnt. It’s been over a month and still nothing and no plans or communication of when it will be completed. I foolishly also paid him in advance since he begged me that he needed money for rent. I hesitated but gave in after he promised that he will give me a discount for paying much of it in advance. However he has winced stopped showing up after I paid for most of the work. If you hire this company, I would recommend have a very detailed written contract. Breakdown each phase of the project, specifies material cost, and payment scheduled upon each completion of the job. I would also specified the deadline of when it would be completed by. A tough lesson learn from hiring contractor for me but hope others will learn from my mistakes
Premiere Remodeling Group did a complete bathroom remodel for me and I must say they did an excellent job at an affordable price. These guys are great and I would recommend them for any of your remodeling needs.
Good price, professional and reliable this company is own by young entrepreneur and it surprised me with its work and professionalism, if you’re from central Virginia and need some work done don’t hesitate with this dude.
