Shawn Gunn of Premier House Wash has the expert training (what pressure to use, what cleaners work best where, how NOT to damage your property), professional equipment, and most importantly the work ethic to keep your property looking beautiful. He has been providing pressure washing services at our home for several years, even before he decided to make it a full-time business of his own. He keeps our very large, stone paver backyard pool/recreation area free of mildew, stains, and all of the tiny little weeds that used to grow from the cracks between the pavers. What used to take me days, gallons of RoundUp (getting into our pool!) and Icy Hot for my back, Shawn can do in a day for a reasonable price and without all of the chemicals. He also keeps our driveway and sidewalks looking new and he can do windows, too! We have had him soft wash the Dryvit on the house, which takes a special touch to keep from damaging. Most importantly, Shawn shows up when he says he will be there, does the job he says he will do, AND he actually finishes the job. That seems to be rare these days in the region. I would definitely recommend Shawn at Premier House Wash for any of your pressure washing needs.
