It’s been two years of delays, excuses, no shows, and lies. Louis Rosario has had the same punch list since 06/2023, and top of the punch list was replacing the siding on the side of the addition that warped due to improper installation. It took a year for the siding to be replaced, only to be painted the wrong color and to warp again due to improper installation. When brought to Louis’ attention and request to replace again, was told (with profanity) that it was already replaced and would not be addressing due to me “adding to the punch list.” This is the same punch list from a year ago that has NOT been addressed in entirety. As per their own contract- & stated “at the completion of build, customer will be allowed one punch list to be addressed after which point will need signed and dated by homeowner.” I have yet to sign off on this build as the siding and deck are nowhere near the quality paid for. The old siding has since laid in my yard for three months and I guess is my responsibility since Louis is calling this good enough. The photo shows the replaced siding that is three months old, and is already falling off the house but I am being told it’s done. After being cussed at and told Louis’ attorney would be handling I’ve since been blocked by him. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company unless you want to be treated with complete disrespect once your six figures is spent.

* to add, the vinyl company sent a representative out to inspect the product to determine if there was an issue they could cover on their end. The representative told me to my face that the siding is paintable, and that the issue was an improper installation. No warranty was covered by the product manufacturer for Louis’ first attempt to correct. Which leads me to believe this issue is yet again not their product, but rather an improper installation as the company once determined it to be.

This is our second time using Premier. They did an excellent job in our kitchen and now will be doing our bathrooms. The owner Louis is very professional and easy to work with. If you are looking to have home improvements done in your home, Premier is who you should go with!!

Louis, his son and his crew did a great job updating my gravel driveway, parking area, adding a gravel terrace and turn-around, replacing some vinyl siding and a downspout. I also have quotes on some other projects that I hope to have done at some point. They went out of their way, (literally) to do the job right. Louis drove to Clarksville to get siding that matched exactly, even though they do not make that particular siding anymore. They had a siding that was similar in design but the exact color of the old. I can't wait until spring to add all my potted plants, furniture and pavers to the terrace!

Premier did a great job on remodeling my bathrooms. Very responsive, respectful and trustworthy. They always left the worksite very neat and I was never inconvenienced throughout the process. I will use them again.

Tried for 3 weeks to get someone to provide on estimate. After 2 weeks of multiple phone calls an appointment was set for an estimate but the person failed to show up; no phone call, no text, no email message to cancel nor reschedule. After more phone calls and no response it has become evident this is not a company I would trust for a remodel project.

Just received a reply to this review. No text message was sent as stated which brings into question the issue of integrity.

After looking for several companies and several workers who were not responsible, we contacted Premier Quality. From the first moment they made an excellent impression. After hiring them they demonstrated their responsibility and talent. Our fireplace is exactly as we asked for. We are very happy with the results. We recommend them 100%.

I needed the header board on my garage replaced because it had rotted. I called a lot of contractors. I had a hard time finding someone that would even do the job or that I felt would do the job right. Then I found Premier Quality Home Improvement. Louis came right out and gave me a quote. After talking to him I felt very confident that he would do it right. Louis and his crew did a great job. The repairs look great and I know I won't have to worry about the header board rotting out again. I feel Louis is honest and fair and I will definitely be using Premier Quality Home Improvements again in the future.

Premier did a wonder job in installing stamped concrete patio. Mr. Louis and team were great to work with. We had the job started and completed as planned and quality of the work was excellent.

Showed up on time and was fast with his quote. We have not yet used this contractor as of yet.

OUTSTANDING customer service... Louis Rosario surveyed my roof damage and came and walked me through the process and was there when the adjuster surveyed my home.... the work was done professionally and trouble free for me as the homeowner...my 1st choice for home repairs or remodel

We had someome from here come out towards the end of May and told us he would email us in a week for the estimate. Well now its been 3 weeks and no answer or replies We have called in and they say they will email and see whats going on but never responded back to us. We have contacted them for a week and nothing has been done. This is very unprofessional and don't waste your time here cause they won't respond to you.

We had a great experience with Premier Quality Home Improvements. We needed some subfloor in the kitchen replaced during our renovation. Called them on Monday job was finished by Wednesday morning. Great customer service from the very first phone call to the last. Louis was great from start to finish. Very reasonable on the budget. Employees that did the work were excellent. Very good communication. Thanks Louis for everything. Would highly recommend them & will use them again for sure.

Our family had our master bathroom completely remodeled, and the job went smoothly with no issues. They completed our bathroom in about 3 short weeks and every thing has a nice finsh. We now have a large walk in shower with bench, and soaker tub. Would recommend!

Louis is such a gentleman. His desire is to make you happy with your choices. I appreciate the way that he listened to what we wanted in a bathroom remodel. The work was outstanding. He used quality materials that were cost effective and worked within our budget. Some of what we wanted took a little more time, but it was worth waiting for. Louis Rosario, Premier Quality Home Improvements, and his team did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with all aspects of the bath reno. His pricing is very cost effective for my budget. Several other estimates were just a dollar figure on paper and they wanted an on the spot decision. Louis provided a detailed price inventory with parts and labor and I contacted him a few days later with my decision to move fwd. His team worked hard and kept everything clean each day. The reno was completed on time and on budget! Louis has followed up a week later to make sure everything is to my expectations! I will definitely work with him on future projects.

I had an outdoor security and movement sensor light that flashed. It took two trips, new light bulbs and a phone cell to correct the problem. Louis was courteous and professional during the maintenance, which was especially important to me, as my husband was having surgery during the time the work was done. I never had to worry about him at my house while I was in the hospital with my husband.
I am also happy to know that Louis helps senior citizens with their repair problems, sometimes at no charge. He is an excellent addition to our community.

In October of 2018 Louis Rosario from premier quality home improvements hired my company to do a job that was beyond their capability or expertise.

I own a landscaping company based out of Seymour Tennessee. The job was completed to the homeowner satisfaction in 2018 October. in fact the homeowner has hired us for several other projects because they were so happy with the job done.
We have contacted Louis Rosario as well as his company no less than five times by email, five times by calling and leaving messages by the way I believe this is somebody in a call center because we never get a return call. We have also emailed all three emails listed on their contact information no less than five times, we have sent the invoice several times, we have called Louis Rosario's personal cell phone as well as text him several times still the invoice remains to be unpaid.

This has hit a point of not just frustration but for us to proceed legally. With us being a small company an over $2000.00 unpaid invoice is determental. Imagine if this was a theft!! It would be a felony amount.

Now this article is not just to inform people of the fact of what subcontractors are going through to get paid on a signed and %100 approved quote with the work completely done and a 100% satisfied home owner, but more importantly to let the public know before they hire this company and finish paying them they may want to do their checking.

I have contacted the homeowner for which we did the work for to let them know that this was the situation and that we would have to have them sign a statement about the repair, and much to my surprise the homeowner informed me that they had paid Premier Quality Home Improvement for the repair in which my company was subcontracted to make. My home owner has several unresolved issues also. He is having the same issues with this company. This invoice is well over $2, 000.00.

Now I ask you this and the world of criminal acts $2,000 is considered a felony why would we look at this any different? Is this simply that they can't pay their bills? If so do you really want a lien put against your house for what a subcontractor does on your property? Because that can actually happen in the event that you're reading this article and you do not know that. Not to mention subcontractors that take people to court, have to have the homeowner brought into the situation many times. So I ask you again is this really the type of company you would like doing work on your home??

Now I'm sure this company is going to have some justification as to why we've not been contacted or paid in well over four months. However I'm going to tell you this: I can actually scan and post all documentation as well as the inspection from the homeowner that the repair was completed and above satisfaction, so that isnt slander or liable. We also have photographic proof of this and now due to the fact that this is unresolved we will be seeking legal resolution to the issue.

Louis and his crew were very professional, honest, and dependable. Our bathroom remodel and ceiling repair were done within the time frame we were given and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend Premier Quality Home Improvements to anyone who needs any type of remodeling or repairs. Thank you, Louis!

Louis and his helper came out today and replaced the entire workings of my commode, as it has been letting water run continuously. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and after going to get parts, he had it fixed quickly. He also worked on a porch light, and had that working. Louis only charged for parts, as he wants to give back to the community by doing handyman jobs for senior citizens at no charge. I highly recommend his company.

We have worked with Lou and Premier Quality for almost 3 years with various projects - bath remodel, kitchen remodel, new floors etc. They take their job very serious and their workmanship is top notch. You can tell they take pride in their work. It was very easy to stay in touch with Lou and his team throughout the projects anytime we had questions or wanted to make some last minute adjustments. He was always agreeable to discuss and review options. Plus they have been great on some touch ups along the way, like I said they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

We hired Premier Quality Home Inprovements for a roof replacement. Louis and his staff was great. Louis handle the insurance claim and met adjuster. Our roof looks great. Highly recomend this company to everyone. Promt , clean and best of all on time A+. Really hard to find contractor that si on time and start on day that was promised.

We have had Premier Quality do several jobs for us. They are extremely professional and the work always looks incredible. We will use them again.

Came to our rental house to look at our painting project on friday. Was told we would have a quote by monday. No quote on monday and had to call two times to talk to Louis. Finally called back to say he had internet issues so the quote didnt go out. Was told i would have a quote by tuesday end of day. Tuesday no quote. Called Wednesday twice and still no response or returned call. If you aren't interested in doing the work you shouldn't waste people's time.

I've been trying for over 5 months to get leaking issued fixed from a upstairs renovation that they completed in April. I called and reported 4 times and even had a repair day scheduled with a no call no show. Also, I had interior damage done that I had to fix myself from damages caused from the workers. I was also required to pay the last of the initial installments before all the work was completed.

Great people. Keeps in touch with you during the window period till your roof actually gets worked on. My roof looks great!! Recommended by a co-worker and I will definetly reccomend this company to another house in need of a roof.

This has to be one of the best companies that I've dealt with in years. They even return calls!!! What a concept. Louis was fantastic. He did what he said he was going to do and His employees were very clean and conscientious about the job they were doing. It was only a small job, under $1000. but because of his business ethics and quality of work, he'll be the first I call. I may get other quotes but I'll always favor his company.
