We had a wonderful experience with Preferred Contractor Services. They did a huge walkway, raised patio, fire pit, retaining walls, and huge stone steps. Our backyard was transformed. The workers were very nice and and cleaned up each day. They worked so very hard back there. Mark, the owner, was wonderful and kept in contact with us at all times and checked on the work. We also know Mark and his family through baseball and have been friends with them for many many years. He is a man of integrity and will provide a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend using this company.
The original builder incorrectly installed stone facing on our garage and only 3 years after the house was built it started falling down. I had a hard time finding experienced contractors to even come out and give us an estimate. Mark was very nice over the phone and came out right away, gave us terrific price that was in our budget and got the job done in 2 days! His guys took care of everything and they even sent us pictures of the tear-down showing us the faulty install work from the original builder. They did an incredible quality job and it looks so much better than the original. I would recommend Mark and his crew in a heartbeat. Great guy and trustworthy.
