Had my roof done by Precision Remodeling and they did a great job. The crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. Roof looks amazing, would definitely recommend them.

I needed my roof repaired from storm damage. Brandon responded immediately and had someone fixing my roof within just a few hours on the same day. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company.

We had Precision Remodeling out to do redo the roof on our house and garage, put new gutters on and they even blew insulation into our attic. Brandon and his crew did a great job. They arrived right on time, started working (And they were hard workers!!) immediately and finished the job the same day. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I was warned by friends that have had new roofs put on that I would be finding nails everywhere for a very long time. I think I found a total of 2 and that was probably after it rained and they washed out of the gutters. I have dogs so I am very grateful for the thorough clean-up! We've had a few big storms since then and I'm happy to report that there has been no more leaking and everything is secure and dry. Brandon supplied us with a large choice of shingles to choose from and I feel the price was fair. Any questions I had, I was able to call or text them to get a quick response.

I recently used precision remodeling and property maintenance for the 2nd time! They replaced my roof about 2 years ago and just finished up on a floating deck. I was very pleased with the crew, workability, and communication I received both times (which is why I called back). Both jobs went exactly how it was explained to me by Brandon. They were on time, had all the tools to do the job and completed when they said they would. Highly recommend!

Brandon and his crew have done several jobs for me and their work has been exceptional. I couldn’t be more happy with the new deck they created. Also, they fixed a problem with a leak around the chimney which had been a problem for years and no one else was able to fix correctly. Next, I’m going to have him replace a door wall. Anything I have asked Brandon to do he and his team have delivered. Trust me when I say if you need anything done, give Brandon a call. You won’t be disappointed.

From the get go when I started speaking with Brandon about getting a new roof and gutters he made the process really easy. Brandon at no point was pushy with his sales and was very helpful with my questions. Brandon and his crew came out and was able to complete my whole roof and install gutters in one day.

Throughout the day his crew did an amazing job making sure the site was clean. After finishing they did a very thorough job walking my yard checking for any nails or debris they might have missed. The roof and gutters turned out amazing and we will definitely use Precision Remodeling and Property Maintenance for our future projects.
