Chuck's Roofing did both my homes in Detroit one home on the West Side the other home on the east side both. Was very efficient have been no problems with them and it's been about 15 years from one and 8 for the other I highly recommend Chuck's Roofing.

I knew of Chuck's Roofing for years of seeing their trucks around. Recently, I needed a roof and got some other estimates. They were the best out of 3 and am pleased to say they had my roof completed within 1 week. Chuck was professional, efficient and worked pretty fast, which we appreciated. His installers were very nice, hard workers, and got the job done the same day. They did such a great clean-up that you couldn't even tell they were there! My family and I have been using the services of Chuck's roofing since the 1980s they stand behind their work and they take excellent care of their customers if they ever need assistance! I highly recommend Chuck's roofing and I will hire them again in the future!

I had a roof and gutters put on my house about 10 years ago by Chuck’s Roofing. About a month ago I noticed some moisture in the ceiling. I called and spoke to the owner. He did not seem organized and was extremely rude. He said twice to me during the conversation that “you’re not listening to the conversation.” After the second time saying this he proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and indicated I wasn’t through with the conversation. He finally said he would come out but was a no show. I then checked the Better Business Bureau website. It indicated that Chucks Roofing was unaccredited due to not responding to their inquiries. I will hire someone else to consult and correct the issue. I don’t recommend this company. The owner has no customer service skills whatsoever. Based on your reply you are not capable of listening to the conversation.

Had a wonderful experience with Chuck's Roofing. Rob responded right away and quickly gave me a quote. He was by far the lowest price. His crew is professional and caring. They cleaned up very well.

Chuck's did my home 28 years ago and i had no issues. I had them do it again, as I needed to change colors and it was getting up in age, but no leaks.

They were still the best on price, while Alfredo and his crew were all professional. They addressed any small items I pointed out until I was completely satisfied. The owner, Rob, responded quickly and got me on the schedule within a week, as well as came by the job several times, and at the end, to ensure all went well and I was happy.

These guys are great what a nice job showed up in a timely manner and the job looks beautiful. I can’t say enough if you ever need a roof put on these other guys to go to.
