If I could give this guy a zero I would because he doesn't deserve a one. He was sent out to do a fence job as a subcontractor for DeSoto defense. I told him that the homeowners were having a fence built by their son-in-law who ask me to get the right personnel and oversee the job. I was doing so as a friend of the family. When Kyle finally got around to the job which took about a month longer than it should have he went to the job without telling me and started dealing with the elderly homeowners who are both in their mid-80s. When I asked him about it he said that he admit the son-in-law out there who was riding the checks and had agreed to add some expensive Gates and to change the job scope. He was rude arrogant and cocky but I figured if he was dealing with the son-in-law who is riding the checks I would let it go. I get a call from the son-in-law who is highly upset telling me never met the guy didn't know the guy had never even spoke to him on the phone. But this fence contractor had changed the gates to wrought iron at an expense of 2500 extra and talk them into tearing down existing fencing and replacing it at another $1,500 and then charge them $1,000 to take away the 60 ft of fence that he tore down. All this on top of the fact that he cut me, the person acting as the general contractor in this case, completely out of the picture told me that he thought I was taking advantage of them. He is to be avoided! He has no integrity! And as a follow-up when the son-in-law met him to review the job and questioned why he told me that he had met with him he said he didn't know who the son-in-law was and assumed it was one of the people in the house. The son-in-law said he was cocky and rude and he would never give him another job. That opinion is completely independent of my own.

Very clean and quick job. They were very easy to deal with. I am very busy and they were able to do exactly what I wanted and not take time out of my day. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

They took 1.5 days to built 150’ of custom wood and wire fence. Did an awesome job and took time to communicate with me in person getting all details straightened out.
