I had a roof leak. I called about 10 companies close to my house. Then I called DeSoto Roofing, they were the only ones that came to look at my roof and drove almost 40 minutes to do it. He actually showed me that I had 2 leaks. He did inform me that my roof was in pretty good shape and probably had another 5-10 years left. I not only appreciated the quick service but the honesty. He didn't try to up-sale me. The men that fixed my leaks were polite and very professional, cleaned up all the mess. When the time comes to replace my roof, my loyalty will go to them. Bravo guys A++

Updated: Called Monday. The guy was coming on Tuesday. Showed at 4 pm on Wednesday. Finally got a quote at 6 pm on Friday. Got mad and sent a snarky text when I told him someone else (Krunen) was already putting the roof on. Don't drag your feet and get mad when someone else gets the job. To follow up, I received a call from JC, who was very pleasant and apologized for our experience. Based on our conversation, I highly recommend using Desoto Roofing for your new roof.

Let me start by saying , I am very picky when it comes to whom I let work on my home... I acquired 4 bids before I selected Desoto Roofing. I chose Desoto based on product warranty, friends recommendation, and of course price. It has been several months now and several storms, I have had zero issues. They came way out to Sardis Ms, re-decked my entire roof, replaced the architectural shingles, did a great job and clean up was excellent. My homeowers also gave me a discount when I provided them with the warranty paperwork I received from Cissi.

I had a great experience with DeSoto Roofing. I sent an email requesting an inspection and was contacted right away by Cici. I was told an inspector would contact me to schedule. "G" called me later in the day and came out the same day. He was able to point out very quickly what the problem was and quoted me for the job. He was able to get it fixed right away. Great job!!! Worked with contractor named “G” and very pleased with his knowledge and efforts to do a good job. Other companies tried to find my leaks but he was the only one to find the problem. Desoto Roofing is the only company I will ever call for my roofing needs.
