Do not hire JD to build any metal structure. If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw another review where there was mention of JD being dishonest and using gaslighting. This couldn't be more true. We hired him to build our bardominium and there is not enough time to explain the terrible experience we had and continue to have due to faulty workmanship. Our home is a lemon build. We did not pass inspection because of many issues. Our home is not structurally sound, we have found loose metal bolts on structural beams, you can feel drafts at every beam and along the entire perimeter of the home. The final straw, now we have water leaking from the roof at every metal beam. Unfortunately I cannot upload the video. Despite our efforts to have JD make repairs, he abandoned the job. We are out all the money we paid him, and can't find a contractor that is willing to make repairs because it is in such bad shape. They don't even want to attempt to fix. One contractor said it is beyond repair and it needs to be torn down. We are devastated to say the least. For some reason I can't upload photos. I will try to update.

UPDATE: We have water leaking in from the roof. We have tried to have JD fix our new roof that he installed but unfortunately he is unresponsive as he has been this whole time. I tried to submit a claim with our insurance but they will not approve because the issues are from faulty installation according to the inspectors.

Nate and Precision made building our Kansas dream home as easy as it could be, with us 1000 miles away in Georgia with just occasional visit's. They ask all the right questions at the right time and made quality and schedule a priority. I’ve been in the construction business all of my life and the quality they provided is very impressive. They hold their subs and themselves to a very high level.
Integrity is at a high level as well.

From the minute Nate showed up to discuss our initial house plans he was thorough, engaging and very professional-not to mention friendly. Nate's customer service was excellent-from his suggestions, recommendations and interest in exploring our wants, needs and expectations-we simply could not have asked for a better or more responsive individual. The finished product is just what we wanted, honestly we couldn't be happier.

Precision Enterprises built two identical 48x60x14 buildings. This included site prep, foundation piers, concrete floors and buildings. Weather was a factor but never seemed to slow progress. JD, Nate and their guys were a pleasure to work with. All were very responsive to changes as things came up.
These are great steel structural buildings that passed all periodic and final inspection for Douglas County. (JD even managed the permit for us)
I would recommend Precision Enterprises for all you building needs whether full scale storage buildings like ours or a home garage or shop.

They spray foamed an addition on our house yesterday and did a good job. I had used another company for the main house and it was one disaster after another. These guys drove over 1.5 hours, did what they said they'd do, didn't complain about anything, filled some low spots we found without question, cleaned up afterwards, and were polite the whole time.

Will and the installation crew were great to work with. I really appreciate the great job they did! Thank you!!

Insulated an outbuilding and chicken coop. Made a huge difference! So glad we had it done. Wonderful to work with.

Will helped every step of the way, we had a 14' by 24' shed estimated for spray installation, we agreed on a quote and thickness of the installation and soon after Will had lined up the workers and they did a very complete job, putting plastic on the windows and every where that needed it and then they sprayed it to perfection and cleaned their mess up. Very satisfied, even though it was a small job it was treated like a big one. We are so pleased that Will explained how the spray installation worked and we felt like it help sturdy the building.
