It was great to have Precept Contracting LLC to do our sceened-in porch. It was a long road to find the right company to do the project. Precept was the most affordable quote out of three that we received. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure all of our desires were incorporated accordingly while providing feedback based on their experiences. While in the property, the acted professional and respectful. Always communicating any updates. The few days when they weren't able to come, they contacted me first thing in the morning or told me the day prior.
This is phase 1 of 3 to complete an all-season room. They agreed to make the project in phases to reduce the financial burden on me. It was great that they worked a plan for me instead of forcing me to do something that was beyond my reach.
I have worked with Esdras at a different remodeling company. He’s a honest hard worker, I usually don’t mix friends with co workers. He has been an exception, he shows quality with his work as well as the way he handles himself. He’s done some pretty beautiful work on high end houses. I’m proud to say I helped the man with some great work he did. May you strive and prosper boss man. Ps. Congrats on starting something huge.
