To any companies who would use PSM's services a review from a homeowner;

The delivery driver, Mr.Wayne, sadly hit a portion of my porch with is delivery vehicle when coming in to drop off the last portion of the metal sheeting for my roof. (Superior Roofing) Not only did this driver report it immediately to his superiors who then contacted Mr. Matthew at Superior who informed me the Driver left a note detailing his error and how he will be returning to make the repairs himself at his own cost.

It is 11:04 Am a day after my roof has been finished. Mr. Wayne showed up shook my hand and treated the situation with a level of respect and demeanor sorely lacking in our world today. He was extremely apologetic for his error, of which im not overly bothered due to his actions, and has set about his work.
