This project started when our inspector found mold under the roof deck. We brought in Powell Roofing for a roof replacement. They removed the shingles, pulled up every panel, and replaced over half the plywood. The attic vents had been blocked for years, which caused moisture buildup. They installed ridge ventilation, rebuilt the soffits, and used mold-resistant decking in key areas. The roof looks great, and the structure underneath is finally dry and healthy. Totally worth the time and cost.

We hired Zack’s team to install a full new roof on our 4,200 sq. ft. home. The old one was long past its life. They suggested upgraded composite shingles that look great and hold up better in this heat. The crew did the framing, flashing, and ventilation work without issues.
