We recently had Mike and his team completely renovate our kitchen and bathroom and we could not be more thrilled with our experience and the finished project. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout, providing recommendations along the way. His estimates were transparent, detailed, and very reasonable. Throughout the entire process Mike was incredible with communication and scheduling. What we appreciated most of all was that Mike and his team, Ken and Mekel were always incredibly kind and respectful of our home and our space which made what could have been a stressful experience into a truly pleasant one. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ensuring we were satisfied throughout the project left us beyond thrilled with the outcome. Thanks to them, we absolutely love our home! Mike and his crew are incredible. This past August, our wall mounted oven nearly fell out of our original 1986 cabinetry in our kitchen. Not only did Mike offer to drive over late in the evening to prop up the oven so no one would get hurt, he spent this fall working with us to completely overhaul our kitchen. He is professional, patient, thorough, and hard-working. He looks out for his customers, has connections with outstanding local countertop specialists, and works with a great plumber and electrician. His foreman, Ken, is so detail-oriented and diligent with cabinetry installation, painting, and flooring. Mike is also a pro-active communicator. His estimates are detailed and accurate. We changed the scope of our project during the process, and Mike is timely, transparent and up-front about changes to the cost of the overall project. We also always know when his crew will be here to work, with heads up texts or emails. And, we can say, this is true year over year. Mike has done other home improvement projects for us over the past 10 years! He's redone our porches with Trex decking, redone our walk-in shower, turned our 3 season sun room into a 4 season sunroom, and finished our basement complete with custom paneling and cabinetry. Mike and Ken even built us a custom shed to store our pool equipment from the ground up to our specifications. This last renovation completely blew us away, yet again! Working with Mike was outstanding. Our bathroom is gorgeous. He listened to what we wanted and had fabulous ideas to take the design further. He does quality work and is great to deal with.
