They were punctual, did everything they promised (installing synthetic underlay, ice and rain shield, and valley flashing) and more. They finished the work on time, tidied up the work area, and ran magnets through the yard and flower beds. It just stopped raining after about 3 days straight, there were no leaks and erick, the owner, just called to confirm. I had a few questions and erick is going to swing by the house to check tomorrow. Roof leak repairs can be tricky to diagnose, so many roofing businesses won't give a quote. But erick personally came out, spent time inspecting the problem on the roof and in the attic, then went over his plan with me to ensure I was comfortable and knew exactly what they were going to do. I contacted 2 other businesses, one that had been in garland for 25+ years and another with a high number of online reviews for a second quote. The 25+ year business never got back to me, despite my calling them on 3 separate days and being promised a call back by their answering service. The other business sent a sales rep, but never gave a quote despite my sending several emails and texts.
