One of your guys tried to run me off the road.
I was going 75 to get out of his way in a 65 and he was on my bumper. If I had touched my brakes he would have run over me. After he passed he was still outrunning me as I was still at 75.

All of for what? He pulls into the jacks. So he risked other people's lives to get breakfast on your dime with your name on the truck.

Came to our residence to look at a leak. The leak we thought was coming from work they did just a year ago. They tracked in greasy foot prints into the living room then made a mess in the bathroom. They informed us it wasn’t from their work and then left after they told us it’d be $115. So basically we are paying $115 to clean up a mess they made to just simply look at a pipe. I’m sure they do wonders with plumping and are more than capable of handling all plumping jobs. But there are other plumbers that are just a capable and are more professional.

Scheduled these guys to perform a septic inspection on a property I'm buying. On the day of the inspection, they called me while they were on site and said they couldn't do the inspection because they didn't have earth moving machinery ready, so they rescheduled me almost three days later. That day came and they rescheduled me again for the next day because "it was raining" on the morning of the inspection. On my third and final rescheduled inspection, I received a call from the front office telling me that the septic guy was "just out today" on the day that my inspection was scheduled for and that they’d need to reschedule again and the soonest availability was the following week. Told them no thanks. Completely wasted about a week of my time and I do not feel they made any attempts to provide good service.

Thanks to these guys they repaired what i thought was going to turn into a major problem which only took them minutes. Money well spent . THANK YOU SO MUCH

Ponder Plumbing is the only company I trust to do work on my home. They were kind and courteous of my time and kept the mess to a minimum. They made absolute sure my problem was fixed before they left.

Had to come back but return was done under warranty, fixed my plumbing problems, Josh and his helper were very polite and professional.

Kept promising to call or come check water main leak but never showed up or even call me back. Which now has went on for a month now. This was a 5000.00 job that they could have done in a few hours. We had an emergency today at the Towne Inn Motel with our main water heater going out. Ponder responded very quickly and repaired the problem in short order. Very courteous and professional. I also used them in my home. Highly recommend!

Could not have asked for better people. Had a lot of repairs & replacements to be done & it was not the easiest nor the cleanest environment to work in. I called and they were out within the hour, the workers were prompt and courteous. The did a great job only took them about 45 minutes to complete the job and they cleaned up after themselves and over all just a great experience.

Ask for an estimate on a job. They were going to call me when they were coming. Didn’t call after two days I called back said they came out but couldn’t do the job because of poison ivy. There is no poison ivy. Just keep me waiting for two days.

Would give zero stars if I could. They installed my water heater and destroyed my hardwood floors in the process. Nothing was put between the floor and the old water heater when they removed it. The guys were so young, I doubt they were qualified at all. I'm sorry I used them and won't ever again.

If your thinking of using this company don’t!!! Terrible customer service, extremely rude employees, technicians who have no clue how to use simple tools, I mean they couldn’t even figure out how to use a simple drain snake. I honestly don’t understand how this company stays in business. My advice is to call an actual plumbing company.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The workers were extremely careless and left a lot of exposed pipe outside my home. When the pipes froze last year, I was advised to use the other sink, that it would eventually thaw out! I have no hot water in my bathroom vanity, after asking for help to fix the mistakes several times, I gave up. Not worth the time or money to deal with these people. HORRIBLE customer service. Please do not become another victim of these crooks!
