This company steals money. Returning a greenhouse that is just not what we needed is going to cost more then half the price of the item . The customer service is horrible and they deflect to amazon for the cost of the return. Horrible company. I am heartbroken that we bought this flimsy greenhouse and will always avoid this company in the future .

We bought a 6'x8 greenhouse through Warlmart.com. It is a great looking and great quality. We love it! We think the only part that can be improved is its roof window. The design is a little flawed. To completely close it without some small openings is impossible. However, it does not seem to impact the function, as we do not actually need to have 100% insulation and completely sealing it off when closed. A little opening appears to be harmless in Southeast part of the US. In colder places this might become a problem.

Great customer service. I needed additional parts for a 3rd door i am building for our Rion Grand Gardener 8x20 greenhouse. Easy to reach - They answered the phone every time I called. They followed through on their promises. They provided some good advise on greenhouse assembly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered FOUR automatic vent openers for my greenhouse through Walmart. Whoever packed and shipped the order did not pay attention to quantity and I only received ONE. Customer service has been so rude! They say they are sending me the other 3 but they are in no hurry. It's been another week and they still haven't shipped it. I sent an email earlier explaining that I was missing most of my order and I just got an email back saying my order was already delivered. They clearly didn't even bother to read what I said. So, I called to find out what was going on and if they are ever going to send me my order. The woman I spoke to was RUDE! She wouldn't let me speak and was yelling over me! I hope I never need anything else for my greenhouse because these people do not care or pay attention.

Their customer service is great.

3 days after we erected our hoop-house, it blew down. They then sent out an engineer to access. They re-engineered our building and sent out all new & modified replacement parts - for free. They even included a re-written manual, specifically for our situation.
