Willie from Millersberg was excellent. He had the expertise to provide complete documentation and communications to the insurance company about our damaged roof. He was always friendly and professional. Once the insurance company had approved the project he promptly had an experienced, courteous crew here to do the work. The roof shingling project was completed in one long day. He worked with the crew foreman to make sure all codes were followed. Before leaving, the crew throughly cleaned all areas around the house. The roof looks great. I am completely satisfied.

Willie was phenomenal to work with! State Farm gave him the run around multiple times with obvious hail damage, and he persisted to fight for our claim to be approved. He was friendly and polite, always answering my questions quickly and keeping me informed.
The subcontractors did great work, especially Nate with Lonsdale Window Works. I highly recommend Millersberg Construction!

I had them come over a give me a estimate on possible hail damage, and they told me they found minimal damage but still wanted me to call my insurance company and file a clam. And after deciding not to fight my insurance over it they still will not stop calling and harassing me to file the claim, basically they want me to commit insurance fraud. I personally inspected my roof and had another local professional look at it and we both found no damage. I found it pretty shady on how they operate there business, I would stick with the local pros.

Great price and prompt response whenever I had a question. Roof looks fantastic and they even fixed the leak that was caused by a shed attached to the garage by previous homeowners at no charge. I also like that the price quoted was the price charged.

The 2young gentleman who came to install the gutter screen were quite nice and friendly. Neither spoke a word of English. I was not notified at all that they were coming and because of that, I was not at home for the majority of their time here. The back gutters were FULL of muddy, leafy clog so they had to throw large handfuls of it out into the yard so that they eventually could get the rest to be washed down the gutter and out. They must not have had buckets to put the mess in and had I been here I would have given them a couple to use. Another resident on Blue Flag filled 2 buckets right after the company supposedly “cleaned the gutters”. I certainly hope you didn’t pay them much! The 2 who were here cleaned up very well before they left. I am very hopeful that the gutter screens will do the trick!

Great company! Very informative throughout the process of getting a new roof. Workers were on time, polite and cleaned up after they were done.

Millersberg Construction assisted us with both a commercial and two residential projects. They were timely, provided excellent advice, left the job site spotless, and provided guidance throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for future projects.

The showed up to work here. Had our roof done in less than a day and a half and they had to put down new decking. I am utterly impressed with the work they did.

I was very pleased with Millersberg Construction when I called them about missing shingles on my roof. They were able to find what type of roof I have, & the correct color. They were at my house in a couple of days & made the repairs. They were so prompt & did a great job for me.

Millersberg stands behind their work. Had my roof replaced in 2020, and storms and high winds pulled away sections of the fascia. One email to Payton, and in short time they were out to make the repairs. She is our go to person! Have always had a great experience with her. Can't recommend enough.

Millersberg helped me fight an insurance claim for hail damage in 2022, it took extensive work to get my insurance to cooperate but they never gave up and I finally got my new roof in July 2023! We love it.

After a large hailstorm hit our small city in July of 2024, we were visited the next day by Chris and Geoff from Millersberg Construction. They went onto our roof with our permission to see if we had suffered damage due to the storm. They completed an extensive exam of our roof and siding, both by documenting the damage with roof and siding photographs and drone documentation. They then presented their findings to our insurance company, which agreed with their assessment and agreed to pay for the needed repairs.
The roof was replaced within a couple of weeks and the employees doing the work were professional and efficient and did an excellent job. A few weeks later the replacement of our siding began and ran for nearly three weeks. Geoff Dickerson served as general manager for both the roof and siding projects and he was AMAZING! From assisting us with siding colors, to overseeing the roof and siding crews, to updating the insurance company when unforeseen issues arose, he was a rock star. He was extremely professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. The siding crew did extraordinary work as well, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
We are extremely pleased with the work Millersberg Construction did to our home, from general manager Geoff Dickerson to every single employee who climbed up the ladder and scaffolding to reach our roof and siding. We would highly recommend their services.

Millersberg construction recently finished a hail damage claim on my roof. My wife and I are absolutely blown away by the professionalism and quick turn around. Our sales associate we dealt with, Jermaine, was fantastic throughout the entire process! They even went beyond their call of duty and took care of a few issues we found after replacing the roof. I highly recommend this business!!!

The original service and estimates were timely and efficient. Don’t trust the warranty because the follow up after they get their check is the worst in my life! I am actually considering a civil suit because I have called 7-8 times and I am told I will get a call back and it never happens. I can’t believe people can look in the mirror and feel good about the business and customer service/ experience that they provide!

Nate, the project manager helped us navigate the complex insurance claim process and helped us talk through upgrades we wanted for the roof and gutters. Millersberg was very committed to working with us and provided us with multiple product and price options to better align with our budget. The crews for roof and gutters were respectful, communicative and efficient. The overall workmanship was also superior to what we had before. On payments, Millersberg team was patient as we navigated obtuse process with our mortgage bank for getting the funds released. They finished the full job based on just the deductible down payment. Our overall experience with them was stress free, transparent, ethical and efficient.

After the hail storm a couple years ago I needed a new roof, and wanted to work with a local company. They worked with insurance and not only got me a roof but new windows also, both of which turned out great. There were some delays and trouble with insurance, but Christopher came through for me and made it right, very happy with the end results!

I am thrilled with my new gutters, and Millersberg made it easy. They worked with me on some logistical challenges, including accommodating other work I had to have done on the house and incorporating that into both how the gutters were configured and their schedule. They also beat competing quotes by a very significant amount. Highly recommended.

They can come up with solutions when faced with something and included me by explaining what needed to be done. The home was left neat & clean each day they were here.

Installers did an excellent job installing gutters. They had great communication by asking where I wanted downspouts placed. Very conscientious. Would definitely recommend.

Millersberg was great! They met with the adjuster and they dealt directly with insurance to say they made my life easier is an understatement! Once the work started it was all done in a quick manner.

I have a single family home, a moderately large roof and a detached garage. We’re on a fairly small city plot. They came in for 1 day and did it all, no damage to my lawn even moved my patio furniture. They cleaned up afterwards and were gone, only thing left was a new roof. The owner walked me through the whole process as this is my first home and roof repair. Super friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend these guys.
