This the most horrible app you can ever use, the app doesn't work, it crashes and the customer service is no were to be found.
I do not recommend PingPro at all, the name is to big for 0000 service.

This the most horrible app you can ever use, the app doesn't work, it crashes and the customer service is no were to be found. I've send multiple messages trying to get someone to help and nothing yet. I do not recommend PingPro at all, the name is to big for 0000 service...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Y esto es la segunda ocasión que escribo aquí, porque al parecer es la única forma que contesta alguien a los clientes, mande a cancelar mi cuenta por que no me funciona hace meses y aun siguen quitando me $9.99 mensual de mi cuenta aun pidiendo la cancelación. No tienen numero de servicio al cliente y tampoco te responden los e-mail que envió. No entiendo como mas les voy a decir que no me interesa su suscripción, tampoco entiendo como no tiene un sistema en su página de cancelación, no están siendo muy responsables y tampoco profesional al momento de trabajar con sus supuestos clientes.

QUIERO UNA RESPUESTA YA!!
