Monty is an excellent builder and communicator. From the very beginning it was obvious he cared about the quality of his work and the contractors / sub-contractors that he worked with. Out of everyone on the island, there is no other developer that I would trust with all construction projects of mine and to make sure that everything is done to a high-standard of quality which can be very rare and hard-to-come-by in PR.
