My wife and I are very pleased with the inspection services performed by Kelly Campeau. He is a knowledgeable and experienced home inspector, and makes sure his clients understand the findings of an inspection. He is patient and a good communicator.

Kelly was quick to respond and set a time for my online request for an inspection. He arrived early to the inspection. He was extremely thorough and the inspection was documented well. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel like he was rushing through the inspection. He talked me out of more expensive tests due to a the seller not willing to cooperate which saved me money and I appreciated his honesty. He addressed all my concerns with the home and answered all my questions. I felt like he gave me honest straightforward answers and delivered the report quickly. I’ve had 3 previous inspections on 2 previous homes, in two different cities and Kelly has been the best inspector with most thorough report and 2 of those past inspections were competent in my opinion. Highly recommend him. I chose the second highest option which is the most I’ve paid for an inspection but I wanted the additional benefits, 3d digital walk through, appliance recall check and the square footage calculator.

As a first time homebuyer it was nice to have an inspector take the time to explain why something might be a problem later on and to take the time to check even the smallest items that a first time homebuyer might not realize is important.
