Excellent work by Donne Webster on the inspection of the property that we are purchasing. Very thorough in his analysis and took the time to explain all the areas of concern that he came across during the inspection.
Donnie also helped us understand the value of some of the additional service offerings such as water sampling and radon testing. We opted to go ahead with both and it turned out that our well water tested positive for bacteria so thank you Donnie for ensuring that our family is safe once we get into the home!

Donnie is fantastic to be around and makes everything very easy to understand. If something came up that he thought was a problem or a potential problem he helped me understand what the problem was or could be and gave me information on what a fix would look like and a rough idea of cost.

It took him only an hour and that was with me pestering him with questions every 5 minutes so he is as knowledgeable as he is patient.
