I forgot the techs name now because I waited too long to do this but I am supposed to give him a 5 star review in exchange for his work that he didn't charge me for. It was great service, got the job done quickly and taught me a couple things as well..so I am very glad to do it and will recommend him/Action Rooter to others.

We had an appointment set and they told us their truck would not start so they will be out in 3 days. When the day came we had to call them to see where they were and when they would be here... they informed us that both trucks were down and wouldn't be fixed for about a week... they never called to inform us about this and now we have an overflowing septic tank and no way to get it figured out as it's the weekend! The lack of customer service and the lack of simple communication has made this a bad situation for us! We will never try to use this company again!

These guys are awesome. They were eating dinner when they got my call and quickly came to help unplug a drain which caused a gross smelly backup of water into my basement. They were pleasant, helpful, and brought laughter to my unpleasant situation. More than fair pricing, excellent quick service, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Excellent experience. I had to call them late at night after a long day of trying to clear my main line myself. They answered and were here the next morning (Sunday). My house has complicated plumbing but they were able to get the job done. Plus they tuned up my toilet and bathtub. The price was very fair, in fact I was pleasantly surprised. I will be calling them again.

You can call them and they will be there as soon as possible. They're very helpful with helping you understand what is going on and how to try and prevent it from happening again. I will be continuing with this company for any further issues!
