Stanley Phelps and his company demolished our old deck and enclosed porch. He re-installed the deck and porch, far exceeding our expectations. He has an eye for detail and his recommendations were so appreciated. There were roofing issues he noticed and repaired them. Stanley and his crew were all polite, courteous, professional and respectful of our property. We have more home projects in the future and will definitely rehire Phelps construction.

Stanley and his company, Phelps Construction, recently completed a modern bathroom remodel for us. His company put in new tile floors, tore down a wall, and built a beautiful tile shower enclosure from scratch. We had been searching for months for a company to work with us. We had three other estimates that gave us OUTLANDISH estimates, one which even told us we should be thinking of this project as buying a new car…. To the tune of $42k. When we found Stanley’s company, we were ready to give up. Stanley’s company is composed of multiple professionals who took pride in their work, worked weekends, and were affordable. Stanley himself takes complete ownership of the project from the beginning and was available by phone or in person whenever we needed him. Early on in the project we did have a mishap. Stanley immediately took action, assured us it would be taken care of, and called additional workers that day to fix the problem immediately and keep our original timeline. Stanley and his company will work with you during the good and bad times, and that is a rare thing these days. Stanley and his company are COVID restriction friendly, and will wear mask while working if requested. My wife and I give Stanley our highest recommendation. We would work with him again without question. I cannot overstate how ridiculous and expectant the estimates from these other companies were. Stanley gave us a QUALITY and BEAUTIFUL bathroom, without breaking the bank. Give him a call if you have home remodel project on your list!

Excellent work replacing back deck and adding additional stairs. In the workup to the replacement, Stanley provided many good suggestions that we incorporated into the plan. We plan to have him work on several other projects for us.

Remodeled entire second floor with a bedroom, bathroom, and den. Exterior siding and trim. Crown molding and window valence boxes in dining & living rooms. Sliding patio door in dining room. Fencing & arbors. Stanley Phelps and his crew have done a number of interior and exterior projects at my house. Their strength is their artistry and craftsmanship. Stanley always has excellent ideas about how to make improvements, keeping costs in mind. They will continue to work at your house until the job is done to the owner's satisfaction.

Phelps Construction did an awesome job updating our thirteen year old master bath. They organized the remodel in a timely fashion, paid attention to details, and were conscientious in meeting our every want and need. Phelps Construction were on sight nearly every day supervising work. They always did more than what was expected, and on a snowy day our driveway was mysteriously shoveled! Thanks for all your hard work. We love our bathroom and would highly recommend you to others who wish to remodel.

Our designer from Phelps Construction was fabulous at every stage of the bathroom remodeling process. In the beginning we were worried about the mess that would be caused by the demolition of the old bathroom. However, Phelps Construction handled this problem with great efficiency and strength and so the rubble problem was kept to a minimum. Everybody has been amazed with the transformation of the Bathroom area that they can’t believe it was accomplished in such a short time.
