We made the unfortunate decision of hiring Psifter Roofing in early spring to fix our roof. What a disaster it turned out to be. They sent an estimator, and he had quoted us $2,800 for a full day of work.
They sent two workers with big white buckets who finished the job in a 2-3 hours. (Not a days worth) Unsurprisingly, the leak was still there after a few days. So the estimator had to come out again, admitting that the workers missed a ton of spots. He had to resort to using a caulk gun to patch up their shoddy work.
But guess what...The roof still wasn't fixed after another rainstorm. I tried calling the estimator, only to find out he was fired. So we had to deal with the "so-called" president, who offered a pathetic apology and promised to refund half of the service fee. It's been months now, and we haven't heard from them. You would think they would have the decency and just say they weren't going to refund us, but telling us that the money was going to be sent out next week. And months later, it never came and no response. This company is an absolute disgrace, and has all gone downhill since the owner passed away.

I own a 12,000 square foot commercial building located 175 miles from where I live. The building needed extensive repair including 80 sheets of new decking. As I could not be on site at all, having someone I could trust was imperative. Despite February weather conditions, they got in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I was kept up to date everyday by photos and phone calls regarding conditions, progress and a running amount of plywood needing replacement. They also coordinated with an HVAC mechanic who needed to come in. Everyone I dealt with in their office was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Pfister.

The crew at Pfister Roofing couldn't have done a better job of installing an overlay of our 82 unit Hoboken condominium roof. Of course they were prompt and prepared, but their schedule was effortlessly choreographed the entire job from - material delivery (6 stories up) to installation - like true professionals. The seemingly daunting 92-AC condensers and 6 rooftop decks posed no threat to this crew, who worked all day long until the job was done. It's been over a year since this was completed and I would absolutely recommend their services.

Pfister has done amazing work for our YMCA! I had worked with many roofing companies in the past, but have found them to be professional, knowledgeable and by far the best in the business!
