We made the unfortunate decision of hiring Psifter Roofing in early spring to fix our roof. What a disaster it turned out to be. They sent an estimator, and he had quoted us $2,800 for a full day of work.
They sent two workers with big white buckets who finished the job in a 2-3 hours. (Not a days worth) Unsurprisingly, the leak was still there after a few days. So the estimator had to come out again, admitting that the workers missed a ton of spots. He had to resort to using a caulk gun to patch up their shoddy work.
But guess what...The roof still wasn't fixed after another rainstorm. I tried calling the estimator, only to find out he was fired. So we had to deal with the "so-called" president, who offered a pathetic apology and promised to refund half of the service fee. It's been months now, and we haven't heard from them. You would think they would have the decency and just say they weren't going to refund us, but telling us that the money was going to be sent out next week. And months later, it never came and no response. This company is an absolute disgrace, and has all gone downhill since the owner passed away.
Pfister Roofing just finished an excellent roofing job for me. This is a company that care more about their reputation than about the size of the job, or anything else. Greg and David, will go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I definitely will use Pfister Roofing again.
