I have called Bori a few times to check the roof, sidings for me. He is available with short notice. We had a roof leak to the sunroom and had to replace the part of the roof. His team did a good job in fixing it and was available based on the weather before the rain hit again.

I have also used Bori's services to install gutter guards and other small issues. He gives the best price compared to others with no compromise in service. Having worked with a few contractors for others services on home. I feel Bori is the best for me to work with. I highly recommend Bori and team.

It was a smooth roof maintenance with Bori. Came and quote the first day and started the work right on the next day. Work quality and cost is good and he also help with extra fix on the areas not looking good. Would recommend.

After I was unable to find an available chimney contractor, I met the owner, Bori through my new neighbor. My chimney was cracked and needed to be replaced at the roof line. I asked Bori if he had time to do a quick inspection while he was surveying my neighbor's house; he agreed and was professional, kind and fair. One week later, his crew set up work on BOTH houses and was done with both within a few hours. My chimney is repaired and I will sleep worry free. I HIGHLY recommend his services.

Bori checked and provided the quote for our roof replacement which was pretty much same as other contractor's prices. The biggest reason I chose this contractor was that he seemed to be more sincere and not talking with "big mouth" which many folks do "fine talks and sales talks, etc".
Bori and his team were punctual and professional throughout the 2-days work and got the job done as promised although they had the delayed start due to the weather constraints.
Only drawback was the language. Most of his crews do not speak English enough to communicate some details so I had some difficulties when Bori was busy running around for materials and other jobs he engaged I guess.
We just had a heavy rain and looks like his job and work passed the first "exam" :-)
Overall, I trust his professionalism and work ethics towards what he does and highly recommend Bori and the team for the roof works. I can say the Google rating is trustworthy regarding Better Built Construction.

If you are looking for a roofer that's going to get the job done very good and efficiently this is your guy. He is very upfront about everything involved and will give you very good price along with very good work

We are really happy with the vinyl and stone siding and aluminum trim renovation done by Bori and his team to our vacation house in the Poconos. Our house looks beautiful! There were many details including wrapping the mini split pipes and customized windows, and fitting the siding to accommodate the multiple rooflines. Bori always responded to our questions promptly and offered solutions as needed. We highly recommend Better Built Construction for their high quality craftsmanship and attention to details. There’s is no reason why anyone would look any further. The checklist as homeowners that we look for is: good quality if not excellent, professionalism, honest and responsive. At the end of the day we have invested in our homes, and if we are investing more into our safe haven, the person we hire to do work should respect it as such. I had the pleasure of meeting Bori the owner, he was by far the best person I’ve dealt with in a long time. We spoke about the issues of my roof and what could be the causes. He was respectful, honest and most importantly very knowledgeable. We set the date and agreed on changing the entire roof, as patching was not an option on my behalf and he agreed. Today, I left for work at 7am and came back to a new roof. I was also sent pictures during the install so that I am aware of all the progress. I tell you this, he and his guys made sure that everything was covered around the house and protected. Maybe I went on too long on writing this review. Here is the thing, some people work just to work and get by with whatever they can. Bori is outstanding!!! If I could multiply his work ethics, professionalism into different fields, I would never have to worry about a thing!! 5Stars is of the Internet, meet Bori in person, guarantee you’d want to invite him to thanksgiving dinner. Thank you Bori!! I can sleep at night easy without hearing dripping sounds and putting buckets in the attic.

Bori and the team did an outstanding job on our roof. Overall experience was excellent (5-star). They were fair and price competitive. Crew paid attention to detail and quality. They were also willing to go that extra yard when we have a request for them to take care of. Team did our roof efficiency and kept the job site clean and orderly. As we shop for a roofing contractor, given there are so many short-cuts or opportunity to over price by contractor, it's great to work with an experienced company that does not take advantage of the buyer!

I am so Happy Better Built did a Great job my roof was in bad shape .Better Built came out and remove the old roof and I stalled a new one . They did a Great Job and the Price was GREAT. I'M SO HAPPY.
