Perry's Roofing was phenomenal from start to finish. The quote and estimation process was quick and smooth. It was about a week between the first time they inspected our roof to when the work started. The foreman for our job was Sean and he was kind and empathetic when discussing costs, and came 3 days in a row to ensure everything was running smoothly and that my husband and I were happy with the job. Sean even climbed up into our attic to confirm all the vents that were replaced were installed properly. He also cleaned up the debris in the attic when checking on the ventilation. The entire roof was replaced on our home in less then 8 hours and the gutters were done the day after in about 2 hours. The crew was efficient, with 7-10 workers, minimally invasive, and kept the property tidy, overall. The dumpster that was brought in to dispose of the old roof and gutters was promptly picked up the day after the gutters were removed.

Perry's team did a very nice job replacing my roof. Very happy with the result. Special thanks to Todd Orlowski who was my main contact and managed the project. The team in the office was also responsive and accommodating, including Ursula and Leticia. Also thanks to Marcelo Duran who did excellent masonry work to repoint the chimney. Highly recommend this team for roof and chimney repairs.

Perry's team is finishing up a roof as I am writing this review.

1. Quality of work: the roof looks excellent. They took down the old shingles and replaced any rotted boards and only what was needed rather than ripping off all the wood and trying to charge for that. The copper flashing and metal work looked great. They also redid the fascia boards along the roof under the gutters and that looks great as well. I opted for the 6" gutters and those are pristine. They did a great paint job with the fascia board. The people who did the exterior paint on my house house before I bought it did a terrible job with the paint splashing on to the brick and surrounding structures but not Perry's team.

2. Speed: the team had everything done in 3 days. Excluding the rainy weekend, the guys were here at 7AM with ladders up until after 6PM to make sure the work was completed in a timely fashion. The first day of work was less than a week after my first inquiry. If it hadn't rained I think they could have done this in 2.

3. Professionalism: all of their staff were excellent, from Perry to Ursula via email to their foreman Fred and everyone else whose name I unfortunately can't remember.

4. Integrity: one of their workers accidentally dented a part of aluminum siding with their ladder. I pointed this out to Perry's team and they were here the next day fixing the problem free of charge. It of course turns out that the wood underneath was rotted so they replaced that at a very fair price. Instead of arguing whether the damage was done by their team which I know a lot of contractors out there would do, their team took ownership and went above and beyond.

5. Lastly and most importantly, pricing. Their prices were very competitive. I had someone else come to the house two years ago and quoted almost double what I paid for the roof with Perry. I had two other quotes, one also higher but one more quote that was on par however Perry's entire business was just much more professional and of course had a 10 year workmanship warranty.

In conclusion: any time any of my co-workers, neighbors or friends in the area needs a roof in the future, I'll be referring them to Perry.

Removed and replaced my poorly installed 21 year old roof efficiently in one full day. Also removed and replaced plywood sheathing as needed. Requested the higher end Ridge Cap and it was installed as ordered. Price was more than fair. Minor drip edging was fixed the next day as promised. Contract outlined all work, Building Permits and Insurance requirements. Transferable warranty extremely important as Perry's Roofing are Master GAF installers. No damage incurred to the inside of the house.

Under John's supervision, Perry's Roofing did a great job replacing of our roof and gutters. The workers also did a nice job with some additional carpentry.

Perry’s Roofing provides a quick, easy-to-understand quote. Perry does a good job explaining exactly what is included and what isn’t. With roofing there are different options you can choose to pay for or opt out of, and also some surprises once they open up an old roof. Perry was great at explaining all these details in advance so that the surprises were not really surprising. Make sure to request roofing materials clean-up after the job if you want that included in your quote. The arrival time of your giant container is easily coordinated with their office team, who are very nice. The worker team worked amazingly hard and were efficient. No problems with our new roof.

Perry roofing is by far the most amazing contractor we have ever dealt with in 40 years of home ownership. The did an amazing job in replacing a complicated roof on our home and over the past year when there were a couple of minor issues ( not their fault ) they responded in a timely fashion and addressed the issues at no charge. This is a professional roofing organization. Perry's is efficient, experienced. fast and a pleasure to do business with. The team arrived at 7 am on the start date and got right to it. By 4:30 PM the work was complete, new roof in stalled and the grounds restored to the exact same condition as the day before. We couldn't find one piece of shingle, a nail, tar paper, etc., nothing left behind. I'd say give em’ a call and before you know it you'll throw away that pot you put under the leak every time it rains.

I called Perry's Roofing for an estimate, within 2 hours Perry was at my door with an aerial photo of my roof and he provided me with an estimate on the spot. He started AND completed work a day later! I was amazed by the process, the efficiency and excellence of the workers. Eleven hours after the first truck approached I had a gorgeous new roof and all my leaking and rotted plywood had been replaced. Perry's roofing did a spectacular job! They were in and out in 1 day. Even the dumpster was gone in the same day. Other than the fact that the roof was completely ripped off and replaced along with some replacement of some bad sheets of plywood, you would never even know they were here! Excellent roof work and a very competitive price. I left my house at 7am to go to work, when I arrived home at 1:30pm the same day, my house had the old roof removed and a new roof installed! Wow! That was incredible and possible because of the large number of crews assigned to the job....and this roof was not small by any means. Thank you Perry's Roofing!!

Roofing and chimney detailing was decent. Still picking up nails to this day so a but messy. Overall frustrating experience with a gutter installation that still isn't right. No response from this company but they keep billing. Gutter guards were installed 2-3" INSIDE the gutter for some odd reason. Now gutter is falling apart, leaking in various places, not pitched properly, and we have to pay for the removal so a seamless gutter with proper leaf guards can be installed correctly. Don't have them do anything custom or outside of the standard.

One of the best home contractor experiences I've ever had. They showed up on time with a huge crew. They finished 6,000 sq. ft. of roof removal and replacement (and installed four new skylights) in a day and a half. The work was meticulously done and the job supervisor was a pleasure to work with. And the price was quite fair. I will probably never need another roof in my lifetime but will call Perry's Roofing again if I do.

Perry’s Roofing is a breadth of fresh air, responsive, hard working and organized. They came to the house to meet me and see the roof and Perry came prepared - from a satellite photo he knew what square footage we had. We scheduled a day and they showed up on time. An army of 12 guys swarmed my roof and completed the basic roof in a day. They cleaned up and the bill was exactly what was estimated. I recommend them highly.

Perry Roofing replaced our old roof in Putnam Valley in one day after a careful estimate of the work involved. We were very impressed. A few years ago, we decided to invest in a new roof with Perry roofing due to the age of our existing one. After changing our roof, we started noticing water seeping into our basement, specifically in the mechanical room.
After a long time we noticed that Perry Roofing's was the source of the problem. This company left a significant area next to the chimney without shingles and did not install the chimney flashing. This company has turned our once-dry home into a home with lots of problems when it rains. And still we have many problems when it is raining. I wish we kept our old roofing and having less or no headaches.
It's unacceptable that a roofing company entrusted with such a crucial aspect of home maintenance could be so careless.

Very happy w the new roof install Perry's team did on our house in August this year. While we were traveling, their team replaced our existing roof with new shingles, added some drainage features and cut out an attic skylight. I've waited this long to post because I had one minor outstanding issue (take off our old directtv dish) which kept getting delayed due to weather thus wasn't originally resolved but they just did it recently in a very satisfactory manner. Definitely would recommend Perrys for your roofing jobs. Oh btw I had received a quote from Perry and one of his main rivals. The rival had very slightly better price but was not getting back to me about the skylight price for weeks. So called Perry, they adjusted their quote to be even more competitive and I hired them. Super professional and friendly folks at Perry's.

Workers came on time and were professional. They did leave materials in the driveway and when we called we left 2 messages that were not returned, The office called to ask about payment and I told them we were waiting for somebody to pick up the materials left in the driveway, they came right away.

Perry Roofing brought huge tarps. Hang them around the house to protect the windows and deck. Also most of the old roof tiles were tossed onto the tarp. This makes clean up easier and better.
Second day was to replace the gutters.
