We had a patio cover installed and we were very pleased with the end result. Rick was a pleasure to work with and he was available at any time we needed to talk to someone. As with any project, did everything go perfectly, well no and I'll say that so you know this is an honest review. But the important part is that in the end Permasteel did what they needed to do to make it all come together and met the vision we had going in.

We had a concrete pad we did not like very much & someone told us about Permasteel. We thought we would just have a metal awning but after visiting some nice people nearby who had a similar patio, this was what we wanted. Could not be happier. Turnkey job. Having built two houses, we knew there are always some minor hiccups. We had to have a couple of sub-contractors back to fix a couple of issues (not real problems, just issues.) Permasteel's Job Supervisor Jason was very responsive. If you are new to construction, you must understand that scheduling workmen and women has to work around folks getting sick, going deer hunting, truck broke down, parts not in yet, and such. But issues were were fixed in a reasonable time. We really do love it and so have all of our family and visitors. We will probably get a west side shade so we can raise and lower it from the afternoon sun, but we are tickled as can be. We got what we paid for and it increased the value of our home more than it cost. And it is well made and pretty. 2 3-speed fans, 8 LED adjustable lights, both controlled with one device, three power outlets.

Everyone involved was professional and personable. They added siding, a deck cover, gutters and painted my exterior doors. Everything looks great and I'm so glad that they were able to update my house.

Perma steel did a wonderful job on our deck.The staff was very professional, organized, they took the old deck down and hauld it off.All the trash was hauld off.Everyone have enjoyed the deck and when it gets warmer we will have many cook outs.Call perma steel they will work with you anyway possible. We had a new metal roof and a new extended roof over our deck. The contractor that built the new deck roof, did a great job. The contractors they use were professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. Larry and Rick are easy to work with. We are happy with our new roof and deck.

I'm very happy to report that I'm pleased with the work that was done to my home. Jason the Gm help me throughout the whole process. Mr. Rick was so knowledgeable and helpful and kind as a matter of fact everyone involved was. I would definitely refer this company.

We had them come out to put in a carport at my house. Then we noticed the carport was leaning due to poor service from the contractors. They came back out to fix the situation and just became a disaster using people off the streets. I will never use them again for any service. This was an ongoing problem that became a disaster. They left a mess on my driveway leaving nails, screws, and sharp objects from repairing my carport.

They are no good I would give them no star if I could Jason his manager over the guys lies Rick lies to . did a terrible job on windows and gutters left a hole in my brick which water ran down now they said will fix your window but you have to pay. What a joke this company don’t use them . I’m and calling the better business on them .

Got a cold call from a telemarketer for home improvement service. It just so happened we were just talking about wanting awning over a patio area. The sales person that showed up did not care one bit about what we wanted. He just went 90 to nothing running his mouth about what he wanted or liked. Every time you tried to get him to show a photo of an example, he would very rudely snap that I could just look it ip on their website. Then just trying to talk out a design or shape of the patio, set this man off. He said if we wanted to complacate it. He was done. He informed us he had 8 jobs going and didn't need our work. All because we started asking questions. Supposedly this is a owner or something. Actually seemed mad because we wanted to out right pay cash instead of showing interest in his financing options. Just seemed like a fast talker trying to push some snake oil on you.

Good response. Rick knows he was here and extremely rude! All the name dropping about doing the largest sunroom in the state for one of the Waltons. Which was probably BS too. Check the records for around August 15 to the 19th. I will pull security footage further date.

Very unprofessional. They cold called us and offered a free quote on siding. They came out to our house and wouldn’t even quote it. When asked what the estimate would be the man just smiled and said too much for you and left. I highly would not recommend this company. Very disappointed in a company that would make judgements and assume that one could not afford something, it’s absolutely disgusting.

Great People and Great work!

We made the right decision to hire Permasteel to update our home. We got a new metal roof, siding, windows, living room floors, Air Conditioning system, outer doors and a storm glass door on the front. Rick and Jason were professionals that always kept their word. Even when something was not right, they corrected it at our request. All the work was completed in a couple of months. Jason was always quick to return my texts and Rick was available if you called on the phone. Our house looks wonderful! Sometimes the timetable was frustrating but all the work was completed. The only part I did not like was that one of the roof workers left a vent off that caused my hot water heater pilot light to go out. I had to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the problem but noticed that the flashings on the roof that were supposed to be heat resistant over the hot water heater and heater vents on the roof were not the correct ones. The roofers did not come and replace them with the proper flashings. I was upset about that and it made me wonder what other corners were cut during the construction. But in the end we were provided with the extensive warranties on all the work and that made me feel a bit more secure in case there is a problem in the future. The process for taking out the loans we used to finance the remodel through Permasteel was easy to do through the company and the terms were fair. We ended up financially in a better position with a wonderful updated home! If we need additional work I will work with them again. Rick and Blake gave me a legit good deal quality and quantity. Plus i got a 50 yr warenty on a composite deck as i would a 2 yr with wood

I cannot share enough about this company! Blake and Rick were so professional. We were able to talk about what we wanted for a roof. They spoke to us about their product and warranties. They gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. They were very professional through and through. From the time they got there for our estimate to the time the roof was on the house, my husband, children and I were treated with respect and like FAMILY. That’s huge to us. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for roofing! They will be my go to!

Rick is an absolute gem, he is ultimate salesman with a heart of gold and I am blessed to have gotten to know him though this process. My house looks amazing and they even added a beautiful covered porch in the backyard. I get so many compliments on it and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this wonderful company!!

So Happy!!! It is like a Vacation in our backyard!!!Did our Composite deck also our free floating Cabana and it looks amazing thank y’all so much. Signature loan and was approved the same day and they ran it the next week clean up and looks perfect we have spend more time outside than in!!truly looks great couldn’t be more pleased it feels like an oasis will recommend for future business.

I got several estimates before choosing them. With pricing and options they are fantastic.Very professional..at the same time courteous, and respectful.. considering time,weather,and me having large dogs. Tornadoes came through the next day!.. Still beautiful and flawless!!

RICK (the owner) was sooo unprofessional!!! He came out to the house and we talked everything went great, he gave us a quote and he left. Called him a few days later told him we would like to use them to build our deck. ($38,000) RICK said he didn’t want to use wood to build it and instead use composite. Keep in mind composite was $12,000 more. RICK started getting very rude and said he didn’t want to fool with it and hung up on me. About a week later I called him back and told him we would do the composite. RICK said he didn’t want to do my deck because is was big and he didn’t want to be on a job site for 3 weeks. RICK started getting really rude with again and said “he’s a businessman man” and “he’s not going to make money” it was HIS quote he gave me. I was welling to send $50,000 on a deck and he was so rude to me as a potential customer. If I could give negative stars I would. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

This place is great. Rick helped us with financing and his crew started very shortly after and were done in nontime..Very easy process and great work.. Our home is beautiful. Thank you Permasteel, we will be using you again in the future.

I have never had the customer service as good as it was with this company, I had one issue with a agent informed them and they addressed it and so sincere.. every business you will come across some not great but they definitely made me feel like they cared! I would definitely recommend them and they stand by there warranty saw what looked like something had come off they where there within two days and had everything fixed and continue to. From time to time I spoke with a Katie and if your considering she is the girl to speak with, kind courteous, recently lost a family member and she checks in to make sure everything is good and she let me.cry to her and so compassionate.. this is ur go to in my opinion.
