Ken was thorough inspecting my furnace and heat pump. He determined what the issue is and will send an estimate. I was pleased with his ability to explain the technical information and answer my questions. I highly recommend this family-owned company.

They fixed my weird dryer vent issues at a surprising low cost! Great guys and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My installation was fabulous! I was notified on appt day they were on their way, and even sent a pic of one of the techs so I more readily would open the door. What a great idea. They removed my old and installed my new unit, and were diligent about cleaning up. When it came to programing the thermostat with my phone, it was a bit challenging for me. Sadly I've forgotten his name, but the tall tech was so gracious and patient while we did it. THANK YOU!! I really can't say enough good things about Ken and his team!

Perfect Temp is wonderful. Last fall Perfect Temp helped us add on to our existing HVAC system. All other major companies in the area told us we had to replace the whole system. Our expense was much less, we received super service, and someone either answers the phone or gets back to you right away!
So when our mini split was dripping water Ken came over the next afternoon and died the problem.

From start to finish I had a great experience with Perfect Temp! My appt was for my heat pump yearly check up. I received an email verifying my appt. And I also received texts for reminders for the appt the day before and Ken sent a text when he was on the way! Ken checked out my heat pump found nothing wrong, then he washed it! It looks better than new!! Then off to the furnace, everything looked good, but there was a lot of air coming from out of the back and he noticed that the original installers from a different company had not put the furnace together right!! And it wasn’t screwed together!! So basically I’ve been heating and cooling the garage!! Ken got busy and had it set right and then applied the shiny duct tape, so much better! Maybe that’ll make my electric bill go down!? I would recommend Perfect Temp to my friends and family! Good products and competitive prices.

Thorough evaluation with prompt response time. We were in desperate need for an HVAC in our 2 story home and were looking for ductless. Took less than 10 days from estimate to install! Ken walked us through the process, the savings and more appropriate ways of handling the humidity and heat such as added outtakes and a different system. They did a beautiful job placing the machine as not to be disruptive to our landscaping and house and cleaned UP everything at the end of the job. I've never have service people so courtesy and respective of our space and house. I told them they could use our trashcans and they insisted on hauling all the trash off as not to fill our cans. GREAT SERVICE!

I called on a Sunday morning and within about 45 minutes, Kenny was at my door to fix the problem! The absolute best customer service I could have asked for!!!

Jace from Perfect Temp provided exceptional service when we requested a repair for an indoor condensation leak on our mini-split. He promptly arrived on the same day and efficiently resolved the issue by reworking the drain, which included re-drilling a hole on the side of the house and patching the old one that was too high for proper drainage. We were very satisfied with his professionalism and the reasonable pricing. We highly recommend Perfect Temp for any HVAC service needs.

Konnor visited our home to repair some parted heating/AC ducts in the attic. He showed us his before-and-after pictures, explained the likely cause of the duct failure, and explained the breadth of services offered by Perfect Temp. He was quick, thorough, and courteous -- what's not to like?

As for several years now, also today’s spring service was thorough, professional, and couldn’t have been done better. Service technician arrived on time and efficiently performed maintenance on our gas fireplace and cleaned our dryer vent, which included going up on the roof (1 story home). He then provided us with information of how we can tell when these two services would be needed again (fireplace - orange flame, blue flame that goes out, or dark fireplace glass) (dryer vent - clothes are taking longer to dry), approximately 1-1/2 yr for the fireplace and approximately 2-3 years for the dryer vent. Technician was friendly and professional. We received a discount for having these two services done at the same time.

I had a great experience with Perfect Temp. The price for a diagnostics test is very affordable compared to other companies. Perfect Temp was very communicative before the appointment and Ken is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through how he diagnosed my diakin mini split. Luckily he was able to get it up and running. He also let me know what I needed to do to help maintain my mini split and gave me an estimate for a fix I should do in the near future. All around great experience with Perfect Temp!

The guys were great everything went good except when I went out to look at it after they left I noticed that one of the bolts holding down the outside unit to the bracket was missing a washer and a nut, I found a washers and nut in my collection that fit and put it on so all is good now

I am a retired guy, that spent 60 tears in mechanical trades. Decided I wanted a heat pump/AC. Glad I found Perfect temp, as I was a tough customer. Jace has done the annual maintenance on our furnace (in the fall) and air conditioner (in the spring) for the past few years. He's on time, polite, fast, and had kept our heating and cooling system running without issues!

On a separate visit, Konnor came out to clean our heating ducts. It turns out that we didn't need them cleaned, as they are in the ceiling. Perfect Temp has integrity!.

We have been using Ken and his amazing crew since we moved to Shelton a year ago. We inherited an old 2007 furnace and it’s needed a bit of work. They have got it going every time. They are personable, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. We are finally going to have to get a new system so this is my go to group.

Ken Dellsite is a true professional. He knows his trade AND gives great customer service. I have used him over the years for the annual check on my furnace, for dryer vent cleaning (so important!) and for maintenance work on my gas fireplace. When it has been an emergency he has found a way to fit me in same day. When it is time to replace my current furnace I know Ken's bid will be extremely competitive. Can't praise him enough.

I just wanted to update my review on behalf of myself and my family in law. Perfect temp has always been a 5 star in my mind. But after today's visit with my in laws I wish I could give them a 10 star. Ken chatted to them like they had known each other since way back in the day. For goodness sakes he gave her a hug and she offered him a sandwich. It was absolutely magical.

Their work is outstanding, honest, quick, and will go above and beyond for their customer. They will forever be our go to HVAC. March on :)
