Perfect Roofing replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts and edge flashing. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The crews were neat and respectful of our property and did an excellent job of cleaning up. We highly recommend Perfect Roofing.

We hired Perfect Roofing a few weeks ago. As soon as we contacted them for their support, the owner, Joanna, came right away to give us a quote. We were in a jam with our insurance company and pressed for time. Joanna was very responsive and helpful. The proposal was completed in a very timely manner. Within days of signing a contract, Perfect Roofing gave us a time and date to complete the work. The workers were on time and worked efficiently, getting the job done on our two story house. We are very satisfied not only with the quality of the work, but impressed with the work ethic reflected in Perfect Roofing.

Perfect Roofing replaced my asphalt shingled roof 25 years ago. I was very happy with their work then and it lasted many years so I called them recently to replace the roof. I did not shop for pricing but believe the cost was reasonable. I left a message for Joanna and she called me back within a few hours. She gave me a quote within a few days. She gave me some options, explained every aspect of the job and answered all my questions. We chose the shingles, I signed the proposal, gave her a down payment, and she scheduled my job. We waited for a good weather day. She called a few days ahead of time and a crew of 7-8 arrived at 7 AM. They stripped the old roof, replaced bad wood decking, new ice and water shield, installed new vents, a new power fan, and all flashing. They completed the job and cleaned up by 5 PM.
I also had all our aluminum gutters replaced and Hardie Board siding installed by Perfect Roofing, Inc. This was done after the roof installation. Stanley, the siding and gutter supervisor/installer, came out and measured for the job. He gave me advise and answered all my questions. Joanna gave us a proposal and we again waited for a good weather day. Both the seamless gutters and Hardie Board siding came out beautifully. Stanley is a perfectionist. His attention to detail is way above normal and his work is second to none. He and his partner, Peter, are very professional and considerate. They completed many finishing touches without my having to ask. They take great pride in their work. You don't often see that with all tradesmen anymore.
I am very happy with all aspects of Perfect Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Joanna at Perfect Roofing for a new roof on our house and garage. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. My husband was impressed that, unlike other roofing estimates we got, the roofer from Perfect actually brought his ladder and inspected our roof. Other estimates were performed at ground level. The team was prompt, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Joanna provided pictures of our garage roof that had some rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They even have a magnetized device they use to collect nails that have fallen to the ground. Best of all, our new roof looks amazing! I was so pleased to do business with Perfect Roofing in Chicago. Joanna was so knowledgeable and accommodating to get our job done within a certain period of time. We had two skylights replaced. It was very difficult to find a company that was willing to replace existing Skylights. They did everything right! After seeing the work that they did at my dad’s house I just called Joanna to do a flat roof at our home too. I’m confident that this job is in good hands with perfect roofing.

Have been using Perfect Roofing for over 25 years for all my roofing concerns. The most recent was 5 May 2022 when they replaced the main and two secondary roofs on my home. The replacement was extremely timely and very professionally done. Cleanup was outstanding, no residue/debris left over for me to be concerned about.

I have used this company three times over the years for roofing and roof repairs, they are the best that there is anywhere. The woman who answers the phone for this company says they can't find a leak in a roof and that the solution is to replace the roof!! Without sending one out she tells me it will be too hard to get on the roof. Had two different chimney sweep companies uo there last month. Neither had an issue getting in the roof. She says she will call back. When I call HER back she says they are too busy and I'm too far. This company is a joke.

5 stars for everything. Perfect Roofing has old fashioned values. Their work looks so perfect you would think they use an air compressor to drive in the nails, but no its a hammer and nail job with no mistakes. The workers are respectful and kind. Besides the little noise you never know they are there. They know what their job is and they do it. I can't say enough about them.
