They came out promptly considering it was just after Thanksgiving Great estimate very quickly. It was a very busy time with the recent windstorm damage but they showed up to repair before the estimated date. Both Denny and Tim(?) Were very personable. I will definitely use them when I replace my roof

Denny and his team are professional and quality minded. They are polite and very quick. I would recommend them to everyone.

I contacted Perfect Circle for some roof patching needs in Richland and I spoke with the Owner. He confirmed they could get it done within the week. It has now been 2 weeks and it is still not complete. I have contacted them 3 times now after giving them 2 weeks to complete and it shows the owner has read my messages but he won’t respond for some reason. Very bad customer experience and I would never recommend using them for anything. I will now go contact another company to actually get it done!

I had Perfect Circle do a few roof repairs on my home when I first bought it, and then had them replace the roof about 5 years later. They did an exceptional job each time. I also work in an industry where I am often referring people to roofers for repairs. They are always professional and friendly with my clients, and are quick to give estimates on repairs.

Perfect Circle lived up to the perfection of their name! Denny & John were great, as were their crew. Everyone seemed to make sure that the job happened on time and as promised. No disappointments. We solicited bids from several other companies in the Tri-Cities. No one came close in transparency, dedication, and no nonsense performance.

I would give them zero stars, but I cant. They gave us a life time guarantee on our new roof tiles they installed. Its been leaking since they installed it and they wont answer us. Because the boss of the business is never in, and will not answer us. Do not use these jokers. They are nothing more than useles.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Completed job on time and did a very good job cleaning up. Would use them again if I need roofing work done somewhere else.

They were knowledgable, cost effective, and they did what they said they were going to do. Will certainly do business with them again in the future

I have worked with Perfect Circle Roofing over 20 years. They have always been willing to do small repair jobs at a reasonable cost. I just had them replace a very intricate old wood shake roof. I was very concerned that when the roof was replaced that all of details were done correctly in the valleys and with the ice shield, etc. Denny the Foreman is superb!!! He knows his profession and not only supervised but did lots of the actual detail work required and it is impeccable! I would not trust my roof to anyone else!!

We have used perfect Circle a couple of times and they always get the job done ASAP! We definitely recommend them if your have any roofing needs!

Excellent service, John was a pleasure to work with. He always returned my phone calls and was very courteous. They were able to squeeze us in for some roof repairs from an inspection so we could close on our house! If I ever have any roofing needs in the future they will be the first place I call!

Excellent company!! Our older home roof lines were somewhat complex but the evaluation only took about 20 minutes. The bid arrived in the mail a week later for four types of shingles. We made our choice, selected a color, and got a starting date a couple weeks away. The friendly crew arrived on time, completed the job in three days plus three hours and did a good cleanup. It looks nice and we are very happy with it!

Scheduled appt for a work estimate. Rep arrived on time, assessed the job, and promised to call in the bid. That was 4 days ago. Called yesterday to follow-up. The voice on the phone promised to check on it and call back. Haven't heard from him. Scheduled the work with a competitor who appears much more interested in my business. You snooze, you lose...

I have never been more impressed with a company. They are very professional, honest, ethical and have excellent attention to detail. They go the extra mile and even followed through with thank you notes. They re-shingled my mom's roof in one day, doing excellent work, every employee working on site was very couteous and thoughtful and when they were done... Well, this is what shocked me most... There was not one single tiny spec of evidence left behind that they had even been there working!! Their cleanup after the job was impeccable! I would absolutely, highly recommend Perfect Circle for any job. You will not be disappointed! UPDATE: We just had a huge storm roll through with winds up to 68mph, and not a single shingle was disturbed! Great work, guys!

We have a leaky skylight.

I called, they came out, and gave an estimate. Perfect. I let them know to go ahead and do the work.

Nothing was done.

So I called back and the let me know they got pretty busy, but they were going to get to it by the end of the week.

Nothing.

So I called a third time. They were coming soon.

Nothing.

Six weeks later I still have water leaking into my house. Time to move onto a new company.
