I never worked with them, but I was getting scammers claiming to be them and subcontracting through local companies. After they didn't come for their scheduled appt, I tried their (the scammer) callback number, which was already out of service, I called this number. The CEO told me this has been happening a lot and was pleasant about clearing up the confusion.

NOT "that" All Things Roofing!!! This company is NOT the one serial calling you. Just a dude in LA doing honest work. He seems like an honest guy that, like home owners nationwide, doesn't deserve to be harassed. I called him to confirm this but the other All Things Roofing hangs up every time I ask for the business address. Sure would be nice if that other company would stop calling me 20 times a day from a different number every time.

They have automated callers. I live in Colorado. They were calling me every hour for 2 weeks. When I'd answer they'd either hang up on me or stay silent. Finally, when someone actually spoke with me, I told them my husband was in roofing, I explained what happened with their calls and asked them to stop calling me....well....they continue to call. It's ridiculous and so unprofessional!

Called Paul for an emergency repair after my skylight cracked and was being blown apart by the wind. He had guys at my house within about an hour to remove the broken skylight and build a cap so my house and kids would stay warm overnight. He and his guys were super helpful and professional.

I called them on Thursday afternoon, they came by Friday morning, gave me a quote, and then showed up at 7am on Saturday to fix my roof. I'd hire them 100 times over. Luis and All Things Roofing helped facilitate a roof inspection and skylight replacement / improvement, taking off our plastic domed skylights and installing Velux in their place. Luis made himself accessible and communicated well over email and by phone and had his team get the job done on Superbowl Sunday! Good job all things roofing, the rain next week will be the true test!

We had tight deadline for our home insurance and All Things Roofing LA were able to help us get our new roof done in a matter of few weeks from initial estimate to completion of the job. They addressed all of our concerns, provided complete documentation, drone footage and pics and made sure we passed each step of inspection.
One really important note! They made sure to clean up each day after the work was complete and they also checked in on our neighbors to make sure their side yards were kept clean as well. They completed the job by doing a final walk through answering all questions and then scheduling one more day to clean our front, back and side yards and our neighbors again! This was super important to us
1. We have a toddler and our neighbors have kids and dogs as well
2. Havin your roof demo - and replaced creates allot of construction debris ( especially nails )
