I highly recommend Pearson Roofing and am very happy with my overall experience with them.

I had a hail claim. My insurance company was a nightmare and gave me a low-ball claim. I worked with Rick, one of the Pearson owners, to conduct an extensive negotiation with the insurance company, which brought up the claim value by ~50% to ensure that the work would be scoped correctly. Rick was persistent and provided detailed figures and analysis, using a software solution compatible with the insurance company's. This is a unique skill and I'm grateful for Rick's efforts.

The Pearson crew did a great job on the roof install. They took care of the cleanup and roof in a very professional way. Rick insightfully pointed out some vent solutions to increase airflow to the attic which would cutdown on energy expense. My house looks great. We've already had a couple of big storms and things are water tight.

The other reason I chose Pearson is that they have a physical office in Lewisville and have been in business for 20+ years. This was important to me because a roof is expensive and if there's any warranty work, I want the company to be around to fulfill it.

Pearson's roofing came out and did the inspection in a very timely manner. Got everything submitted to the insurance and then had the installation done quickly and with great attention to detail. Will absolutely recommend them to others and use them again should the need arise.

This was the second roof Pearson Roofing has replaced for me in a ten year span do to hail damage and both times they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The have met and exceeded my expectations on both jobs and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards so I couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend this company .

Pearson Roofing is not just concerned abut a sale. We reached out to Mike because my elderly parents are selling a home and were concerned about roof conditions. Mike was patient with my fathers chatter and questions and after inspecting the roof assured us there was in fact NO need to replace the roof. Mike graciously offered his services to perform some touch ups only if it became necessary for the sale of the home. Fortunately for us this was not the case, BUT I know who I will call when it is time for a new roof for my home or my parents future home. Thank you Mike!! This type of honesty is much appreciated.
