I initially reached out to seven roofing companies for quotes—five never even showed up (which was beyond frustrating!). Of the two that did, Peak Roofing stood out immediately with their top-notch customer service. They came highly recommended by a friend who also had their roof replaced by Peak, and from the moment they arrived for the initial evaluation, they were professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my (many!) questions, explained the process in detail, provided a comprehensive estimate for my insurance company, and kept communication open the entire time.

Once we got the green light for the replacement, Peak Roofing continued to impress. They confirmed the installation date, checked in the night before, and both Nik and Neil stopped by throughout the day to ensure everything was running smoothly. Their crew was friendly, efficient, and incredibly hard-working—they completed the entire roof in just one day! The cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t even know they had been there.

Nik and Neil truly understand customer service and the stress that comes with home improvement projects (and dealing with insurance companies).
