It was a pleasure to work with Eric who is honest, very detail oriented and truly a good human. He knew I was getting ready to list the house for sale and he took extra time to help me load out debris from the basement and place it in the dumpster using his hydraulic equipment. It made a huge impression on me and speaks volumes about Eric and how he runs his company. How many contractors offer to do additional work AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! Peak Performance is a rare gem! Eric and his crew put a new roof on my house, garage, breezeway and basement walkout yesterday and did an amazing job. They started at 7am, and not long after ran into a snag...all of the plywood decking on my house needed to be replaced (about 50 sheets!). In spite of that, they still were able to finish up everything in one day. They even put new cap shingles on my shed and replaced a few pieces of siding for me. Even with the added cost of the new plywood the total cost was a bit less than the nearest competing quote using the same shingles and materials. Everything was cleaned up and they took care to protect everything around the house as they worked. I would highly recommend Peak Performance Inc. to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!

Eric and his team were great, and I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was very friendly as well as hardworking and efficient. They went above and beyond and used the leftover shingles to redo the roof on the shed in my backyard. Eric from Peak Performance was recommended to me by my brother who has a siding business, (Pioneer Siding Company) as he works with Eric often. I asked for a reliable roofer who wouldn't take advantage of us. We called him on 5/5 to ask him to come check out a section of our roof that was concerning us. He said he could come check it out the next day on 5/6 at 12:30 in the afternoon and he did not disappoint. He was on time, and very nice/professional. He told us exactly what the problem was and got it fixed for us in about 20 minutes. He was very straight-forward about what was done and what needs to be done, as well as giving us on honest estimate on the whole roof itself. I will definitely be calling Eric again for any future roof needs. 10/10 recommend.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job replacing our roof when we were getting it ready for sale. He graciously drove over 2 hours to come to the job site. Their craftsmanship helped the house sell for well over asking. I would definitely use him for our upcoming garage and bonus roof project.
