Very pleased with our visit from Mike M regarding replacing a couple of doors in our house. He was promptly following up on Mark's connection with us at BJ's yesterday in Greenfield, which was efficient and courteous.
Mike did an excellent job of listening and understanding our needs and requirements, along with a good sense of humor. Usually we dislike sales calls, but Mike made it fun, and we were able to come up with very agreeable deal. He created a sense of trust in the organization and we look forward to the completion of the project.

I hired this company to renovate my bathroom in February 2024, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their work. The price I paid does not reflect the quality of the materials or the workmanship. They caused damage during the renovation, breaking the windowsill and scratching the bathroom door and had to come back multiple times to fix their own mistakes. Less than a year and a half later, I’m already looking to replace the bathroom door they installed due to poor quality. Overall, I expected a higher standard for the cost, and I’m very disappointed in the end result

An excellent sales experience for a new Provia door (which was the product I was looking for). I expect the door installation will go just as smoothly!

Angelo Passerini came over my home today and helped my wife and I get our dream bathroom. I highly recommend Angelo and Vista home improvement for all your future projects.

We had Vista remodel our bathroom a few years ago & were completely satisfied with the outcome. This year we needed to have our roof replaced & we chose Vista to do the job. The crew arrived around 6:45am. They had it completely stripped, then installed nor-easter deck defense underlayment, ice & snow shield, re-leaded both my chimneys, then cut in & installed a braun vent. They built crickets on both chimneys, they cut in a ridge vent, & had the whole house covered in Owen's Corning duration shingles, with new drip edge. Then they picked up of all debris & swept my entire yard with magnets to make sure all the nails were picked up. All by 6pm. The next day they had a guy come out & pick up the remaining materials & did a walk around to make sure everything was picked up & did another sweep with a magnet. The gutter crew showed up & installed all new gutters in a few hours. Josh kept me informed throughout the entire process from estimate to completion. He was very easy to get in touch with whether it be a phone call or text. I highly recommend Vista home improvement. They are very professional, their crews are extremely knowledgeable & hard working. Vista makes home improvements easy.

Vista Home Improvement is efficient, timely, professional and the construction team are skilled and talented. I had my siding done on my colonial house. At first, they were very communicative and flexible given the inclement weather (especially Josh.) They were so quick and worked tirelessly to get the project done. Five days later my house looks amazing. Despite having some discrepancies along the way, Kevin was extremely easy to reach (Wednesday at 8pm) and he started to rectify the issues right away while keeping me updated. Also, I want to give another shoutout to Josh, who came out the last day. He answered all my questions, cleaned materials up and helped wrap up the project. Both Kevin and Josh made sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend their services.

Our roof turned out great. We had so many neighbors tell us how nice our roof turn out. The roofing team came out and work hard and fast. The crew was very professional. We would recommend Vista to everyone. We plan on using Vista for future projects.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my bathroom remodel by Vista Home Improvement, which involed removing a jetted tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. Virtually every feature of the bathroom was changed, including the window. Working with Elle Thaden to select materials and make decisions about the scope of work, and Cassie Dudek on project management was great. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The on-site contrator Dimo worked with great skill to demolish the existing space and prepare it for the new materials. He asked questions to clarify that he was doing what I wanted and work diligently to build out the space. At the end of each workday he cleaned the worksite so it didn't look messy during his off hours. The plumber and electrician were equally skilled and friendly folks. It turned out even better than I had hoped. I unreservedly recommend Vista Home Improvement for your bathroom remodel.

Two weeks ago, a Vista representative dropped by to talk to me about a tub-to-shower conversion. When I made the appointment, I was told that it would take 60 to 90 minutes, but the rep was with me for *three hours*; I didn't need a half hour on why Vista is a great employer. I explained to the rep I was going to talk to three vendors, but that didn't matter to him as he placed extreme pressure on me to sign IMMEDIATELY; I felt as if I had been through a timeshare sales pitch by a new car salesperson. He used his iPad to calculate the quoted price, which he wrote down on one of his sheets, but didn't leave with me. He said he'd send me the quote via email. That was two weeks ago, and no quote was received. Since he generated the quote on his iPad, I'm willing to bet he could have emailed it to me at our meeting, or else their quoting system has a significant lack of functionality. Anyways, I gave them a fair shot, put up with the sales pressure, and waited patiently for the quote, but no dice. Expect a high pressure sales situation.

The insulation of the new door and side was done on the same day as promised. The gentlemen who installed the doors were highly professionals and very courteous. Whenever I call the office someone always there to answer during their hours and they are out standing. I highly recommend this company for similar work and others. I wanted them to do some floor work and they were very honest in telling me that they are not the expert on that type of project. Wonderful experience.

Very professional they care about their customers. The roofing crew worked long hours until the job was done in one day. I had 3 layers that had to be removed. I highly recommend and appreciate Vista. Thank you very much.

Pump and dump.. They gave a quote that was 2 to 3 times what a simple straight gutter installation should cost, and then went high pressure with "you can get this slightly lower (but till way too much) price ONLY ONLY if you sign on the dotted line RIGHT NOW"

As soon as the salesman realized I was not going to roll over, he was out the door.

This is the kind of company that you DO NOT want talking to your elderly parents.

Vista has done my siding, roof, gutters, and windows, 100% satisfied! Kevin Baker came out today to do a small service on the siding and when done did a complete walk around the home inspecting for any items that we may not have noticed and called me and gave me a complete update. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your home improvement needs!

David came in on time according to the schedule time we agreed on. Made a great presentation of the product and about the company Vista Home improvement. In touch with other team members and with John Devine in financial department. Great teamwork! David is patient and answered all my concerns. My wife and I had Keith Devin out to get a quote for windows and siding. While we decided to go with a local contractor who is also a friend, Keith was awesome. He knows his stuff. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job! If it wasn’t for us getting a price we couldn’t pass up on from our friend, we would have hired Vista.

Our sales representative, Keith Devin, arrived to our home and got right to work! We bombarded him with not only roofing questions which is the reason we scheduled but also bathroom remodeling questions. He walked through our basement and attic looking over everything so throughly. He even checked out our flooring! We had 2 other companies come out and hands down Keith was the most knowledgeable and worked with us in every way. We plan on working with Keith on all our future home improvement projects. Keith and Max came to our home tonight to quote us for a new roof. They went over all the steps, explaining as they went through the entire process. My wife and I are very happy with the estimate, the options available to us and the fact that we will be able to move quickly to get our work done. Our storm door was broken due to the wind, Vista quickly had Josh Dudek out here to fix it. The job was done very well and super fast! He even gave me some tips to help with this in the future.

Just met with David to discuss options for a walk in shower. He was on time and actually took his shoes off when he came in the house!! He was respectful and patient with our questions. My husband needs an ADA accessible facility and David helped us put the stylish and accessible shower we wanted into the budget we could afford. I can’t wait to post photos of the finished product.

Josh and his team were outstanding. They're definitely professionals who go above and beyond, by not only finishing the siding project but fixing/correcting some other issues (not required for them to do) around my home.

the journey started with Mike as our "sales person" not at all! What a guy! it is so important to have someone that tell you I am here for you and your family not to sell... our conversation started with a nice cup of Coffee ... Mike made sure that we were comfortable from the beginning-always trying to understand our needs and our biggest concern the investment... we walk thru the whole property verifying and making sure that we truly needed the job done -- our roof to be changed ... the inspection was interesting from the inside of the house to the outside...I learned things from him that I didn't know that it could cause issues in the future. In other words it was very nice not to be pushed to buy the product and get the job done... Mike after took the time to present the company to us from the president to the team that came to our home to do the job... We shopped around for few weeks and the numbers that were offered to us were not crazy by other contractors or companies... but; when you see someone that goes and your roof and tells you you need a new one soon like tomorrow that is a bad sell ... Mike took seven hours of his time to teach us and guide us. At the end of the evening he had a question why us and no others when is cheaper --- I said Trust, care and honesty also warranties .... As I Promise; I would like to finish my review with a HUGE thank you To Kevin for how compromise he has been with our project that had couple of issues after the roof was installed .. we had a leak that got bigger after the new roof was installed .. Kevin stand up to the Value of VISTA the company that he also work for.. He had his team under the Santos Brother's to come over and changed and update the side window were the issue was... did not work the second time .. but; on the third time it did .. the rain that we have this Spring was not helpful either But today all has been corrected and our ceiling has been fix and painted as well the roof ... Kevin is a great leader for those teams that works a long side to complete the job ... His view is bigger than numbers .. he does not questions the customer he actually listened to our concerned not once but 3 times.. He had also Victor here our property to perform the last part of the project .. that changed the view of our home from a 1942 to a modern look ... I will recommend always Vista and all the people that works for it .. Each person have a different Job and I am glad that with the language of work and creativity we all were able to work together to accomplish such a beautiful outcome ... Absolutely Phenomenal! This company is the best of the best and I owe it all to John! My wife and I are in the market to get our roof done and we called Vista Home Improvement through Lowe’s as a contractor. The process was super easy and before we knew it, we had an appointment scheduled. John was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable and a master of his craft! I got 2 estimates done before contacting the third and final company which is Vista Home Improvement and the first 2 companies told me that I needed a new roof asap and that I don’t have much time. On the contrary, John took his time to do a thorough roof assessment inside and out and sat down with us to go over what we actually needed. Long story short, our roof still has a good amount of time left on it and does not need to be repaired right away which means that I can save the money for a later time maybe in the next couple of years. John was very transparent and honest with us and he even fixed our double glass door lock that has been broken for about 3 years for us! He is a true handy man by nature as well!
You see, John wasn’t just all about business! He actually took the time to get to know us and asked plenty of questions about our roofing needs. We also enjoyed a few laughs! He truly knows the value of a relationship rather than a quick sale.

The folks at Vista came out and gave us a very favorable estimate on work to be done, including the roof, entry doors, siding and gutters with gutter guards. They went far above and beyond what was contracted for when they actually fixed some structural issues that the house had. Their communication is also excellent and I was informed about everything that was about to happen as they went along. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs exterior work done on their home.

There is a reason they insist on both husband and wife be present. The reason is high pressure sales and to sign that day. Even if you are upfront about not making a decision that day, you will be ignored and the pressure will be applied. Furthermore, the 90 minute appointment time will go longer and not stop until you firmly end it. Expect an outrageous quote.

Our window project was a little more than we were expecting. BUT after meeting with Jarrod and seeing the value of the company and the product we decided it was worth it. We’re excited for our new windows!!

Wife and I decided it was time for new siding a few new windows, storm door and gutters. Rick Lajeunesse took pictures uploaded it to there software and walked us through every aspect of the job showed us a before and after on the PC. We are very pleased.

We spoke to Michael Mastroianni about having our house sided, he described what will be done and the benefits very well to us. Helped get us the best financing and savings for the project. Being a carpenter myself I loved the presentation and what he had to say and look forward to his crew working on this project.
