I needed a timely roof inspection to satisfy insurance questions. Did some online research and called Peak based on what I read.
I am so very pleased I did. Will answered. No phone tree or the need to fill in an online form. He asked pointed important questions. Gave me his information and did not pressure me. We made an appointment and he was at my house in a few days, was very respectful of our appointment time and time spent on site. The inspection was thorough, detailed and fully explained to me, and the report was sent, with photos attached before the day was done.
I have had much experience with contractors over the years, some very good and some nightmares, but this was really one of the best!

We had an old satellite dish removed, the shingles replaced and some siding repaired by Peak. Will explained the requirements and provided pictures with his proposal. He scheduled the work promptly, came on time and completed the job. When it was complete he walked us around the house and showed us pictures of the completed roof work. He was totally professional and explained things in a clear manner. Peak is highly recommended.

I had a leak over the flat roof of my home that eventually came into the master bedroom closet. After getting a verbal quote from another company, I was unable to get them to come to my house I finish the job, causing me to call around.

I was able to reach Will at Peak Contracting, who was very professional on the phone. He was able to fit me in and came to my house about 2 hours later (which was crucial because of a rainstorm coming our way). After performing an interior and exterior inspection, and was able to not only give a fair written quote but was able to complete the job that evening. The repairs to the flat roof appear to have done the job, as the leak has not come back. Will also sent a detailed report w his findings and followed up the day after to ensure no further issue.

Will from Peak Contracting is highly recommended for exterior repairs, given his diligence, fairness and quality of work.

Will really saved the day today. I just did a ton of work on my garden only to see it nearly get washed away from a clogged gutter during a rain storm. I called Will at 11 for an estimate and he was here by 145. Worked for hours all around the house/each gutter, doing things right. He was personable, professional, and very reasonable given the attention and care he gave to the job. 5 STARS.
