Angel and Mike did an outstanding job top to bottom, as have Josh, George, and Taj at Paul Davis in Salusbury. They have all been great helping us get squared away after a leak. Leaks can be difficult, and ours was, but it a testament to this company that having them here to help has been a pleasure. We are very grateful.

Shane installed my new sliding glass door among many other things and did a wonderful job would highly recommend paul Davis

This review is specific to Shane Applegate as the foreman on the job and also regarding his direct work on the screen patio. As a foreman, Shane was responsive whenever he was onsite and tried his best to get answers for me when needed. For his direct work especially on the screened patio, awning install, etc. he was very detailed, neat and meticulous. He was respectful and respected our time throughout the entire process.

Shane Applegate did a fabulous job!! He was thorough, clean, and explained everything he was doing! He deserves a great review!!

Ish, Reese, and Jamie all did a great job. Ish and Reese were here within a couple of hours after I called the company and started setting up many fans and de-humidifiers so they could begin the drying process. Jamie came out to disconnect the gas appliances which they moved around so next step could be done. They also answered any questions that I had. I was very pleased with the work they did.

Working with Paul Davis to develop a kitchen remodeling plan was seamless! Ricky was attentive and professional providing guidance as we established our new kitchen. Brittany was delightful to speak with in establishing plans for our appointment and we can't wait until the process begins!

The wind started taking the siding off of my house right before the Christmas holiday. Paul Davis Restoration dispatched a technician (Jiquae Matthews) right away to fix the problem and started the process with the insurance company if there is the need for further repairs. The front office (Stephanie) was quick to respond and professional. They definitely ensured I had a happy holiday season

Recent water damage to my ceiling led me to file a claim with my insurance company who recommended Paul Davis Restoration to inspect the roof for water and mold damage .
A call to the company resulted in a timely inspection this morning by Raul Rivera who completely explained the possible scope of work , took a series of photos documenting the interior damage and went up on the roof to check for water leakage. A missing shingle and three damaged shingles were found .
I am very happy with the timely inspection response by the company as well as the professionalism of the technician who was sent out to evaluate the damage.

A prompt reply and explanation by Quae, the mitigation team leader, put us at ease despite the extensive damage. He told us what to expect; his team did what he said; and he followed through with the insurance claims rep. So far I am very pleased with Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva.
